Unfortunately, my experience in this bar in Verona, located in the splendid setting of Piazza delle Erbe, was anything but positive. Despite the suggestive location and the potential of such a central and popular place, the service was truly terrible.
The waiter, instead of guaranteeing a professional welcome, behaved inappropriately, making inappropriate jokes that made some customers from southern Italy feel uncomfortable. An unacceptable attitude, especially in a place that should represent the tradition of Italian hospitality.
It's a shame, because the atmosphere of the square is enchanting and could be the perfect setting for a pleasant break. I sincerely hope that the managers take steps to ensure a more respectful and adequate service in the future.

Excellent food, all very well cooked. Perfectly cooked meat, tasty pasta and very good, crispy pizzas. Waiters attentive and loyal to the public. Great atmosphere that complements great songs from popular culture. You have to repeat.

Even though there was a lot going on this weekend, we received friendly and helpful service.
Service and food were great and it went very quickly.
Recommended if you want to eat directly in Verona, value for money was also great.

The food was of high quality and very tasteful, but in small portions. I order the lasagna but i also tried the tiramisu and it was very good. Maybe a little bit expensive, but a great restaurant.
