Marvelous! Excellent location. Friendly and very attentive staff. It's really nice to have an aperitif here or have lunch in the sun with this beautiful view. And Marcello is a perfect maitre d', he knows how to spoil us like princes! Thank you

Premesso che è la classica location per turisti (Piazza delle erbe a Verona) mi sono sentita molto turista… La pizza non era il massimo, la sensazione era di base surgelata condita a richiesta del cliente. Appunto, pizza per turisti. Devo dire che però era leggera e digeribile. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il servizio veloce. Se dovessi tornare a Verona, sicuramente cercherò qualcosa di meno centrale e meno turistico.

Posizione strategica, in piazza delle erbe di Verona con molti posti a sedere. Ottimo per aperitivo. Personale attento, veloce e cordiale.. noi abbiamo preso un caffè buono anche se la location si paga 2.50 l'uno al tavolo ma va bene così. Cameriere che ci ha preso ordine gentile e cortese

25/05/2025: Great place ! 10-15min walk from arena. Food was great rooms were clean. Overall we enjoyed it.
25/05/2025: The staff were pleasant enough, but the hotel could use a little deep cleaning. From the chairs in the lobby, restaurant and general fittings and aesthetics. The website stated free Wi-Fi but could not connect over the 7 days of my stay. This depleted my data allowance. The location was a good walking distance from the bus/train station and restaurants. The general vibe in verona was a bit prejudiced. Some people were nice, but the majority were very rude, and this did not fall short of the hotel staff. Overall, I did not feel unsafe at the hotel. The breakfast could also be better with more variety, and the dinner options were subpar. I won't be returning or recommending.
