2025 And another year has passed, and we're back on vacation in beautiful Tesero. On our first evening, we naturally had to go straight back to Ristorante Roma. If this restaurant were in our hometown, it would definitely be one of our favorites. Great atmosphere, very friendly and attentive service, creative Italian cuisine, and of course, fantastic pizza prepared in all possible ways. This time we had a beautifully pounded beef fillet carpaccio with Trentingrana, Wagyu beef tartare with shaved truffles, a superb carbonara, and a fantastic Roman pizza with burrata, porcetta, and pickled red wine onions. It was simply fantastic and just as good (perhaps even better) as the year before. For us, for anyone staying overnight in Tesero, or just passing through, it's an absolute must! 2024 We're on vacation in beautiful Tesero and last night we stopped by Ristorante Roma for dinner. We read the consistently positive reviews on Google beforehand and reserved a table. Thank goodness, because by 7:30 p.m. the restaurant was filling up and by the time we left there was a queue on the street. We were not disappointed. Stylish ambience in the beautifully renovated restaurant. The basement is also modern, with a large cocktail bar. Great concept. We were served that evening by various staff members. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and very professional. We felt very comfortable. For dinner, we shared a Bressaola with arugula, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Very tasty. The main course was papardelle with venison ragu and a gourmet pizza with porchetta, confit red onions, and a ball of buffalo mozzarella. Very, very tasty. The only thing to note is that my wife's pasta arrived without the pizza. When she was almost finished with the pasta, the pizza arrived. Perhaps they could time it a bit better so everyone can eat together. For dessert, we had a glass of tiramisu, and with the meal, a very good bottle of Gewürztraminer from Alto Adige. The value for money for everything was also perfect for us, and we had a truly wonderful evening and would gladly return. We definitely recommend the Ristorante Roma in beautiful Tesero.

Excellent wood-fired pizza made with top-quality ingredients. Highly recommended not just for the pizza, but also for the restaurant. Dogs are welcome. A children's menu is available, along with complimentary pencils and coloring pages.

The food is excellent! Despite the wide variety of dishes on offer, everything is very good. Delicious and original pizzas, masterfully cooked meats... The atmosphere is friendly and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The only downside: a few service errors. But nothing serious, just a slight lack of experience on the part of one server! That said, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Very nice atmosphere and service, the dishes are explained in details. We chose the pizza gourmet which looked amazing, it was tasty but the dough was a little bit chewy, dense and hard to cut. I would only recommend better knives.
