I can only comment on the restaurant, as I haven't stayed there, but seeing everything else, I imagine the rooms are also meticulously maintained, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant and cellar are magnificent, exquisitely restored and furnished with expertly restored traditional peasant furniture and objects. Congratulations for that alone. The culinary experience is truly worth experiencing, featuring local products and freshly cooked. The many different types of stuffed bread, homemade of course, was wonderful! The welcome was excellent and warm. Impeccably clean. A place worth discovering and recommending if you love good food and tradition.

A gem with a warm, family atmosphere. We received a wonderful welcome from Anna, Elena, and Agostino. The rooms are absolutely charming and well-equipped, and the evening meal featuring local cuisine is extraordinary. The breakfasts are superb. In short, thank you for your hospitality. We highly recommend it!

From the outside, Café Quinson makes a well-kept, rather unspectacular impression. As soon as you enter this gem, you are immersed in a world of quiet perfection. Modern meets traditional. Everything is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The cuisine reflects the interior: regional specialties prepared and served with enthusiasm and affection. A true delight! The personal, familial service of the Quinson sisters perfects the experience.

A wonderful romantic getaway, far from the daily grind. The staff is lovely, and the food is sensational, considering Agostino is alone in his kitchen. The tasting menu and its local products were a dream come true, and the wine pairing was truly well-balanced, especially for the whites. The room was very comfortable, the cushions a little hard, but that's a matter of taste ;) We'll be back and will definitely recommend the place!

Really lovely experience. The staff offered some of the best hospitality we experienced during our trip to the region. Hotel is nestled into Morgex. Rooms are comfortable. Food from the restaurant was delicious, seasonal and thoughtful. The wine was also excellent. The staff went out of their way to insure great service. Highly recommend!

More than a traditional hotel, it feels like a fairytale. Courtesy, kindness, and exceptional cuisine are the foundations of this establishment. Even the materials throughout the rooms are perfectly rustic/modern. The room (ours had a whirlpool tub) is very clean and welcoming. Dinner at the restaurant is truly unique, with the chef's menu featuring strictly local products, respecting tradition with a touch of innovation. Breakfast has never been more varied and high-quality. You can choose from sweet and savory options, homemade croissants, local cheeses, local cured meats, jams, honey, homemade bread—in short, a breakfast fit for a king! We've been twice and can't wait to return a third time!

Wonderful stay in this small, family-run hotel. Very pretty, mountain-chic style room with a whirlpool bath. Very comfortable bedding. The evening meal was incredible. Original and delicious dishes made with exceptionally high-quality local produce. Kudos again to Chef Agostino! Everyone takes great care of their guests. This kindness and attention to detail make the stay perfect. As the hotel is very close to the church, expect to be woken quite early by the sound of the carillon...

Ristorante di alto livello che segue la filosofia dei menu’ degustazione (uno di 4 portate e uno di 6). Cucina a base di materie prime della zona con spinta su ortaggi. Piatti ben presentati con sapori particolari ed equilibrati. Servizio ottimo. Locale piccolo e molto accogliente. Prezzi alti ma proporzionati al percorso degustativo. Molto attenti alla celiachia. Consiglio per esperienza da ricordare e soprattutto esperienza unica

17/11/2025: Fantastic experience. We ate wonderfully; the restaurant was very well-maintained, with traditional furnishings and a very welcoming atmosphere. All the dishes we tasted were exceptional, from appetizers to dessert, served hot, and made with top-quality ingredients. If you're in the Aosta Valley, come and enjoy these delicacies. Finally, the service was excellent. Thanks to those who recommended us.

19/09/2025: Sought out this restaurant specifically for their lunch menu, featured on their website and in restaurant window. Once we were seated I asked for the lunch menu and was told there’s no lunch menu anymore. I’m disappointed we were not told this before we sat down, as we would have chosen to eat elsewhere. Ended up spending 2x what we would have for their lunch and ultimately didn’t even get the dishes we went for (Tubetti “Benedetto Cavalieri”, salsa di pomodoro fresco).
03/09/2025: Dinner at Pierre Alexis's was a true celebration of taste, orchestrated by a passionate family whose mastery and rigor are evident in the kitchen as well as in the dining room. The cozy atmosphere, precise gestures, and attentive service make every moment a living testament to their history and expertise passed down from generation to generation. The unexpected marriage of rabbit and eel, bold and luminous, transcends the boundaries of traditional cuisine: the finesse of the rabbit meets the salty depth of the eel, and each texture is a surprise, enhanced by a subtle dash of herb sauce that makes the flavors burst forth in the mouth. Then comes the pigeon prepared three ways, including the tender sous-vide breast, the roasted supreme, and the confit leg, offering a palette of refined and precise flavors; the perfect pairing with the fermented pear is simply remarkable. The venison, placed on Jerusalem artichokes, truly stands out as the centerpiece: an explosion of colors and aromas thanks to the beetroot, celery, and Jerusalem artichoke powders add complexity and elegance to the dish. The meat, seared to perfection, is enhanced by a black elderberry reduction and a powerful jus, offering an experience where earth and undergrowth intertwine with intensity. Coming to Pierre Alexis means accepting surprises, rediscovering what eating means.
