A timeless place, decorated in the purest tradition with great care. A warm welcome and high-quality service. An incredible menu featuring local and seasonal produce. A must-see in the region.

We absolutely loved this place and the welcome. The room was ultra-comfortable, with a whirlpool tub, ultra-quiet, and a beautiful bar. The bedding was perfect. A surprise meal with a divine wine pairing. The produce was local, grown, and treated with respect. Each dish was explained its origin and history. The two sisters who served us made us feel at home, sharing stories about their family. We were able to visit and chat with the chef, who is passionate about his work. At breakfast, we left with a selection of pastries and each a box of cookies. Thank you so much for sharing, which brought tears to my eyes.

Beautiful structure, beautifully renovated. We had the room with the jacuzzi. Gorgeous. There is also a sauna/hydromassage shower and a coffee/tea machine. Maximum cleanliness and a super-stocked fridge bar. Delicious breakfast, both sweet and savory, with typical local products. You sleep very well due to the great comfort of the bed and the silence. The lady who manages it is extremely kind. Advise.

Everything was absolutely a success. Good welcome, the room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The cuisine is made with passion, the dishes are well presented, they have a story and they are delicious. We had a wonderful time at Quison Cafe.

Favoloso! Curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio, camere molto pulite e originali negli arredi , noi avevamo la camera con la pergola in legno e l uva in ferro battuto, inoltre la stanza del sale è un valore aggiunto. Si respira aria di montagna e di ricordi. La colazione è ottima e di qualità con prodotti che promuovono la regione. Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutta la famiglia. Cena a sorpresa nel ristorante molto particolare e "sorprendente" che segue la stagionalità, bisogna solo avvisare se vi sono alimenti non graditi. Consiglio per un soggiorno sia romantico che per regalarsi una coccola. Complimenti a questa famiglia che dedica tempo a questa attività facendolo con amore e trasmettendo la loro storia e la loro passione agli ospiti. Comodo sia per visitare il Monte Bianco che per vedere alcuni castelli o andare ad Aosta.

Esperienza eccezionale. Da riprovare in primavera con il menù sicuramente diverso. Lo chef prepara pietanze legate alla stagionalità lasciando spazio all'immaginazione su cosa si potrebbe degustare in altri periodi. Da riprovae. Ottima carta dei vini

Beautiful room, well equipped with all the necessary comforts and even more, very comfortable bed and everything perfectly clean. They are available to collaborate for any additional services (in our case a heart of rose petals on the bed). The breakfast was delicious with top quality local products, both sweet and savory. A special thanks goes to Anna who has always been very courteous and helpful, making our overnight stay better. The structure in general is well looked after, thus creating a beautiful atmosphere, and it is also in an excellent location. We absolutely recommend it, we will return to relive an unforgettable experience

I want to share with you and the Quinson family the experience and familiarity with which we were hosted. A magnificent stay marked by impeccable attention to guests, details and quality of services. Refined breakfast ranging from sweet to savory and that allows you to take it with you when you are full. And what can we say about our dinner? Upon arrival our name on the table, a wonderful wine cellar and a truly superlative chef. I would like to thank you for how you made us feel in these 3 days in Morgex.
