Perfect dinner. Well made dishes. Perhaps the quantities, in my opinion, need to be increased. The quality is excellent though. Nice and kind owner. Young and very polite staff. Prices in line with the quality. Come on over. Attached: - butter and anchovies crouton - spaghettini alla guitar with crab - cantucci We also tasted the green ravioli, the sbriciolona, ​​the apple ice cream and the apple pie, all excellent.

Mangiato benissimo trattati con estrema cura, ma senza invadenza. Grande scelta di vini e prodotti locali per cucinare specialità locali con un giusto tocco. Velocità ma con perizia nel portare i piatti: salumi emiliani, parmigiano reggiano che la fa da padrone (sia crudo che in fonduta), zucca idem, di stagione come sofrmato, come ripieno dei tortelli con gli amaretti (come si fa anche a Mantova) e dolci sopraffini. Forse poca scelta nei secondi ma controbilanciata da alcuni piatti del giorno, per testimoniare ancora freschezza e qualità scelta degli ingredienti.

Trattoria al lago verde

16/03/2025: Always a guarantee. It is now a fixed stop on every trip to northern Italy. With friends or family, you can eat very well, typical local dishes with excellent ingredients also from their own production. Courteous and fast service. I recommend trying the giardiniera, the goose ragù, the cappelletti in capon broth, the fried gnocco (but also the sfonfiotto) with their cold cuts. It's not a good idea to overdo the orders to leave room for the dessert, strictly in a jar: the choice between tiramisu and trifle is difficult every time.

14/04/2025: We were here today, April 13, 2025, to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary. There were 20 of us and we were all very happy. We ate very well with excellent and genuine homemade products. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful in satisfying us in any way we requested. We highly recommend it!!!
05/04/2025: And what can I say, I went today for the first time and it was immediately home. A special thanks to Raffaele and his son who seems to be doing very well in the kitchen. All very good, see you soon
