One of the best restaurant in Italy. No eye catcher but cosy.

A historic restaurant in the center of Viareggio and a must-visit. The seafood menu isn't overwhelming, but the quality is truly excellent. Try the tagliolini with lobster. The wine cellar is truly well-stocked.

The food was excellent, very fresh, well-cooked, and very light. The only flaw was that we ordered a seafood appetizer for two, and the portions were a bit small. It was good, but not much. The restaurant has a street view, which is a shame. The rooms are large, but lack natural light.

We ate out seven nights in Viareggio and this was our one repeat as we really thought it was the best.

A classic restaurant with well-spaced tables, beautifully laid out, and discreet and friendly service. The seafood risotto is excellent, and the grilled meat is even better. The bill is reasonable and not expensive.

This restaurant prioritizes quality in both food and service, which is evident throughout your visit. We were very pleased!

We came here on our honeymoon. The woman who answered the phone when we called to book yelled at us, and there was some confusion when we arrived. At first, the service felt unwelcoming, but we tried our best to communicate in Italian. Neither my husband nor I speak Italian - I can speak French, he knows some Spanish but I tried my best with the bits of Italian I do know, and used Google Translate for the rest, and the staff eventually warmed up. I think it’s really important to make an effort to speak as much Italian as possible. By the end of the night neither one us felt as uncomfortable anymore. The food was incredible — we had the spaghetti all’astice blu serviti in padella, and it was one of the best dishes of our trip. The restaurant is beautiful and very authentic. If you're a tourist, just be patient, respectful, and keep a positive attitude — it’s worth it for the food alone!

Discovered on the recommendation of the hotel, this restaurant is definitely a good one. I don't understand the many negative reviews. I've been there several times and will definitely be back! The service is attentive and professional, and the menu is perhaps not extensive, but it certainly covers the main local and seafood dishes. Truly pleasant and well-prepared. Definitely worth a visit!

Una cena di "mare" in ambiente familiare. Ristorante che conosciamo da anni. Gestione curata in ambiente tranquillo. La cucina offre piatti di qualità. Antipasti accompagnati da panini caldi "agliati". Primi ottimi (padella di spaghetti all'astice) secondi molto buoni. Dolci tutti fatti in casa. Prezzo medio/alto, ma la qualità c'è.
