Lovely food and great selection of artisan beers ♡ beautiful view

A place with a beautiful view and a lovely view of the Marche hills... the carbonara burger had too much pepper and the cacio e pepe burger had a sauce that was too cold... excellent beers, but I would have preferred more care with the burgers...

A stunning location overlooking the stunning Marche hills, but we dined inside due to the inclement weather, and here the romance of the sunset didn't overpower the quality and flavor of the sandwich. I had the carbonara, and I must say the excessive pepper overpowered every flavor. We had a cacio e pepe at the table, and the sauce was cold. We wondered if it was supposed to be like that, or rather, a simple hamburger that was just average. The beer selection was good. The desserts, except for the beer, I don't think they're made there. The caramel sauce had that alcoholic aftertaste typical of industrial sauces. The NY cheesecake had the typical red fruit topping, but not a single fruit. Overall, the place was beautiful, but it didn't move.

The sandwiches are very high quality. Good food and a nice place to spend a pleasant evening with friends.
