If you love seafood, Ca'Taborka is a must-visit. Friendly service, impeccable cuisine. It doesn't try to impress with special effects, but focuses on substance, and it wins. A place that lets the sea do the talking.

We went to this restaurant with friends and had a great time....the food was excellent, the staff were friendly but never intrusive...and the icing on the cake was the live music...we'll be back.

Warm welcome, beautiful location, and good menu!
The prices are a bit excessive for what's served, but the taste is there (excellent semi-cooked tuna!)—I have the impression this is the case throughout Sardinia!
Very friendly staff overall.

We went to dinner here, and as soon as you arrive, the waiters greet you with warmth and affection.
We had two tartares, which were truly top-notch, and fried mussels with ricotta, a strange but truly surprising combination.
Then we got to the first courses: spaghetti with bottarga and linguine alla pescatrice, which were truly a delight.
Claudio, the chef, is a wonderful person who personally checks in on how the evening went.
The waiters were equally top-notch.
We'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience in Calasetta. We ate unsurpassed tuna, cited by Panariello [what a belly, guys], and some remarkable first courses and appetizers.

We had dinner at this restaurant and were very satisfied. The appetizer was excellent, with the carpione cod and smoked swordfish, both carefully prepared. The fritto misto and calamari were crispy and flavorful, while the seadas were really good. The price was reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the food. The location is nice, tucked away on the main street. The service was efficient and friendly. We recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good value.

Assolutamente da provare. Il giorno di Pasquetta abbiamo pranzato in questo Ristorante. Seppure fosse stato ideato un menù fisso, abbiamo degustato numerosi piatti della tradizione Tabarkina rielaborati in chiave moderna. Porzioni abbondanti, abbinamenti squisiti con pesce di altissima qualità. L'ambiente molto carino, il personale sempre presente e gentilissimo. Molto gradita la musica dal vivo in sottofondo e un ottimo vino della cantina locale. Consigliatissimo

Serata inaugurale di apertura stagione, occasione per festeggiare mio onomastico e passato compleanno della consorte. Cena con contributo a De Andrè - Piatti della tradizione Tabarkina. Maura e Claudio, sono riusciti a mantenere i sapori, la qualità e la freschezza ereditata del padre e madre Graziano e Graziella.
