Magnificent location in an oasis of peace among the Veronese valleys.
The Prestige room is large and equipped with everything you need for a true retreat. The rich and abundant breakfast with local and natural products to support local producers. The Tasting Menu dinner, 6-7 courses, is a sensorial experience of the highest level. The Amarone Experience tasting, with 5 wines from different vintages, is an exciting discovery that lets you savor real high-quality wine.
Impeccable cuisine, very kind and extremely professional staff.
The location is wonderful and evocative with a view of the Veronese hills and the Po Valley. Possibility to visit the cellar and see the entire production process.

Wonderful discovery Ca' del Moro Wine Retreat
Refined location immersed in the Veronese hills.
As for the menu, we found our favorite flavors in different preparations, linked to the seasonality of the area.
The cuisine is very refined, the plating is very careful, the dishes are aesthetically beautiful and balanced in portions.
the service in the room proved to be truly impeccable because in addition to the attention to the customer's needs, it is engaging in describing the dishes, capable of accompanying the tasting with advice and explanations.
REALLY, GOOD !!!!

Very beautiful location on the hills and facing south.
The restaurant environment was perhaps a little too sober and spartan, but the dinner was memorable!
Local cuisine revisited by the Calabrian chef, all dishes original but never extreme, blended with care and elegance.
The (numerous) staff is extremely professional, motivated, kind and prepared!

Per noi non e‘ stata la prima volta ma per i nostri amici che abbiamo invitato lo era. Abbiamo cenato deliziosamente in un bellissimo contesto con piatti straordinari. Il servizio è ottimo attentissimo ma mai invadente. Bravissimi. Alla prossima occasione nel frattempo buon lavoro

My partner and I had a great time. The tasting and the wines are truly of quality and are worth trying and getting to know.
The room is very spacious and full of all the necessities and useful for spending a night away from home in total relaxation.
The staff is very polite and competent also on a technical level.
Fantastic dinner where, despite an unexpected event, everything was delicious and managed in the best way.
In general, this place gives many sensations of family production that cares about the territory and local products.
Really good, highly recommended!
