Incuriositi dalle recensioni positive e curiosi di vedere un posto nuovo vicino ad un paese, Grezzana, dove molti anni fa abbiamo abitato, abbiamo prenotato a Ca' Del Moro Wine Retreat. Sinceramente pensavamo fosse un bel posto e speravamo in una buona cucina ma dobbiamo dire che ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Il posto è bellissimo panoramico e molto molto piacevole. La cucina è stata davvero entusiasmante, curatissima, creativa ma allo stesso tempo semplice con prodotti del territorio e di altissima qualità. Il servizio straordinario, gentilissimi e molto professionali i ragazzi, sempre molto presenti ma senza essere mai invadenti. Che dire? Sicuramente ci rimane la voglia di tornare presto cosa che sicuramente faremo. Se possiamo fare una raccomandazione......continuate sempre così siete bravissimi. Ottimo e giustissimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Il posto è incantevole,ma la sorpresa ancora più positiva viene dalla cucina creativa con riferimenti al territorio e il personale, tutti giovani ragazzi davvero gentilissimi e molto professionali, siamo stati accolti dal Signor Felix, che ci ha coccolato per tutto il tempo, ottima la scelta dei vini, rapporto qualità prezzo corretto. Ci torneremo volentieri al più presto.

I would like to praise the "Ca del Moro" structure in Grezzana. We were two couples of friends and we decided to spend the day here on May 1st. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and courtesy. The tour of the vineyard and cellar combined with the tasting of the wines through the Radicata experience was an extraordinary sensory experience. We were expertly guided through the distinctive flavors and aromas of Val Policella. Lunch was a real feast for the palate, with dishes carefully prepared and presented with care. Congratulations to the two Chefs! The carnaroli with amarone and the spaghetti made by chef Calabro are incredible. Special thanks to the dining room staff and our winemaker, always attentive and helpful, who made our visit so unforgettable. In the end we also decided to buy some bottles of Amarone in their shop. Thank you for making our day so incredible!

We came for dinner, warm and enveloping atmosphere, soft lights also suitable for romantic dinners. Very professional and attentive staff, always ready to fulfill our wishes without being intrusive. Very pleasant view. The dishes proposed are studied, the original and unexpected combinations are spot on! As a vegan I received great availability and flexibility. Also very satisfied with the wine proposal and the bill, which is not so common!

We had lunch in the "Ca' del Moro Wine Retreat" restaurant of the "La Collina dei Ciliegi" Resort. The journey is arduous, but the menu is excellent, thanks to Chefs Giuseppe Lamanna, Lina Maffia and the splendid Brigade. Thanks to Sommelier Felix, for his professionalism, kindness and friendliness. We were pampered from aperitif to dessert. Thanks to the Wine Shopper (very kind guy) who gave us a wonderful tour of the vineyards and the cellar, explaining the history of the place and various notions about the process of their wine. We highly recommend it and will be back!!
