An exceptional red wine tasting experience from start to finish. Every glass we tried was full of character, depth, and beautifully crafted—from smooth, fruit-forward expressions to bold, structured reds with elegant tannins. It’s rare to find a lineup where every wine impresses, but this tasting delivered just that.
The host was friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable, offering just the right amount of insight without overwhelming us. They shared stories about the vineyard, the winemaking process, and each varietal, which made the experience feel personal and meaningful.
The setting was equally memorable—relaxed, scenic, and perfect for sipping slowly and soaking it all in. No distractions, just great company, stunning views, and world-class reds.
If you’re a red wine lover, this place is a must. We left with a few bottles (and a strong desire to come back).

Magnificent location in an oasis of peace among the Veronese valleys.
The Prestige room is large and equipped with everything you need for a true retreat. The rich and abundant breakfast with local and natural products to support local producers. The Tasting Menu dinner, 6-7 courses, is a sensorial experience of the highest level. The Amarone Experience tasting, with 5 wines from different vintages, is an exciting discovery that lets you savor real high-quality wine.
Impeccable cuisine, very kind and extremely professional staff.
The location is wonderful and evocative with a view of the Veronese hills and the Po Valley. Possibility to visit the cellar and see the entire production process.

Bellissima location con vista spettacolare sulla valle, arredamento molto curato ed elegante, piatti presentati molto bene e con una qualità degli ingredienti e della materia prima molto alta, servizio eccellente e molto professionale. Siamo stati veramente molto bene e credo che, con qualche accorgimento, possa candidarsi a prossimo stellato veronese. Complimenti!

Wonderful discovery Ca' del Moro Wine Retreat
Refined location immersed in the Veronese hills.
As for the menu, we found our favorite flavors in different preparations, linked to the seasonality of the area.
The cuisine is very refined, the plating is very careful, the dishes are aesthetically beautiful and balanced in portions.
the service in the room proved to be truly impeccable because in addition to the attention to the customer's needs, it is engaging in describing the dishes, capable of accompanying the tasting with advice and explanations.
REALLY, GOOD !!!!
