Wonderful discovery Ca' del Moro Wine Retreat Refined location immersed in the Veronese hills. As for the menu, we found our favorite flavors in different preparations, linked to the seasonality of the area. The cuisine is very refined, the plating is very careful, the dishes are aesthetically beautiful and balanced in portions. the service in the room proved to be truly impeccable because in addition to the attention to the customer's needs, it is engaging in describing the dishes, capable of accompanying the tasting with advice and explanations. Very beautiful location on the hills and facing south. The restaurant environment was perhaps a little too sober and spartan, but the dinner was memorable! Local cuisine revisited by the Calabrian chef, all dishes original but never extreme, blended with care and elegance. The (numerous) staff is extremely professional, motivated, kind and prepared! My partner and I had a great time. The tasting and the wines are truly of quality and are worth trying and getting to know. The room is very spacious and full of all the necessities and useful for spending a night away from home in total relaxation. The staff is very polite and competent also on a technical level. Fantastic dinner where, despite an unexpected event, everything was delicious and managed in the best way. In general, this place gives many sensations of family production that cares about the territory and local products. Really good, highly recommended!

Spectacular place, it's on top of a hill, good road, but requires care as it's narrow, but the place is worth it!

Kindness and availability are the watchwords, we spent a truly relaxing weekend discovering Valpolicella in the Horse and Wine experiences! Benedetta is very good with the Horse experience to be rewarded and recommended. The kindness of the receptionists is a point to underline. Truly unique wine experience.... the winemaker with great experience and professionalism and a true passion for wine led us on a unique journey. P.s: beautiful, relaxing and above all lots of young guys with a great desire to work!
