Magnificent location in an oasis of peace among the Veronese valleys. The Prestige room is large and equipped with everything you need for a true retreat. The rich and abundant breakfast with local and natural products to support local producers. The Tasting Menu dinner, 6-7 courses, is a sensorial experience of the highest level. The Amarone Experience tasting, with 5 wines from different vintages, is an exciting discovery that lets you savor real high-quality wine. Impeccable cuisine, very kind and extremely professional staff. The location is wonderful and evocative with a view of the Veronese hills and the Po Valley. Possibility to visit the cellar and see the entire production process. Only flaw: leaving.

We were fascinated by the quality and attention paid to every detail of the structure, the food and the service of the staff. Being surrounded by so much beauty and good taste is a retreat in itself, but with a glass of wine in your hand it is truly a dream. Thanks 🙏

Bellissima location con vista spettacolare sulla valle, arredamento molto curato ed elegante, piatti presentati molto bene e con una qualità degli ingredienti e della materia prima molto alta, servizio eccellente e molto professionale. Siamo stati veramente molto bene e credo che, con qualche accorgimento, possa candidarsi a prossimo stellato veronese. Complimenti!

Wonderful discovery Ca' del Moro Wine Retreat Refined location immersed in the Veronese hills. As for the menu, we found our favorite flavors in different preparations, linked to the seasonality of the area. The cuisine is very refined, the plating is very careful, the dishes are aesthetically beautiful and balanced in portions. the service in the room proved to be truly impeccable because in addition to the attention to the customer's needs, it is engaging in describing the dishes, capable of accompanying the tasting with advice and explanations. REALLY, GOOD !!!! We had a particularly good time and will be back soon!!! Elena and Marco

Trattoria Al Pompiere

23/05/2025: Simple regional cuisine can be so delicious and varied. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at the trattoria with a dinner that left nothing to be desired. We had a Garganega from Natalina Grandi as our wine accompaniment, an old Veneto grape variety that was wonderfully fresh with a light citrus note. A red would have also gone well with the meal. The tartar was tender, slightly spicy and sour, definitely with its own unique flavor. It's amazing how you can always wring your own individual touch from this simple meat dish. The bread on the side was fresh and delicious. The steak was perfect, both in flavor and when cooked. Full marks; it couldn't be better. The liver was also perfectly cooked with onions and a light sauce, and there were seasonal vegetables on the side (unspectacular). All in all, all the ingredients tasted natural, with no artificial flavors, perfectly prepared without any frills. Simply good food from people who know what they're doing. The service was friendly, unfussy, and quick. It was a wonderful evening in a lovely atmosphere.
23/05/2025: Excellent place!!! I think it was the best place in all of Italy!!! Just a few meters from Juliet's house!! Please order the Parma ham, you wouldn't know what it is!!! The salmon and pasta are delicious! However, it's usually full, so make sure to make a reservation!! If you're in Verona, don't waste time and go there 🙏🙏🙏🙏

29/05/2025: We organized the lunch to celebrate dad/grandpa's 90th birthday. It was a surprise and it was a perfect success also with the complicity of the waiter who acted like an actor. They were available for everything, from guests with special dietary needs, they are organized for celiacs, vegetarians and vegans. They also welcomed our furry friends without any problems. They even prepared the dessert with candles 9 and 0 and best wishes. Last but not least we were also allowed to use the maxi confetti shooters for the final bang. Perfect and complete hospitality. The food was delicious, the wine too, the service excellent. thanks for everything and for everything. If we return to these parts we will certainly come to lunch at your place.
24/05/2025: Family lunch to celebrate grandfather's 90th birthday, very successful at Ristorante Pina! A place that knows how to enhance traditional cuisine with refined dishes and authentic flavors. Impeccable service, friendly and always smiling staff. You absolutely have to try the bigoli with duck ragù, a real delight that tells the story of the territory and its traditions in every bite. Welcoming atmosphere, excellent quality of products and great attention to the customer. I will definitely be back!
