18/02/2024: I was fascinated by the idea of ​​trying the Mamma Rosa Restaurant, recommended by the Michelin guide. Precisely for this reason the expectations were very high, especially being a fan of fish-based cuisine. However, I have to admit that the menu did not meet my expectations. Furthermore, the descriptions of the dishes were vague, which led to a little disappointment when I discovered that the first dish ordered contained black olives, which I personally don't like and were not mentioned on the menu. Despite this, I must say that the food was of excellent quality, especially the raw fish starter. The dessert, unfortunately, did not leave the same positive mark. The venue was welcoming, but I expected a more distinctive experience. In summary, Mamma Rosa Restaurant was good, but my high expectations were not completely met. Maybe in the future I will return to give it another chance.
