A truly refined and memorable experience. During our visit, we enjoyed their beautiful take on Japanese cuisine, prepared with exceptional skill and presented with elegance. Every dish was fresh, balanced, and full of delicate flavors. The atmosphere was relaxed yet sophisticated — perfect for savoring a thoughtful meal. One of the best we found in Palermo (Mondello): exquisite food (first-class tasting), extraordinary service, delicious wines, welcoming music. Highly recommended!

I can't judge the chef's cuisine, but only the Japanese format proposed in February. For me it doesn't live up to the reputation of the restaurant. I expected much much more. The highlight, in my opinion, was the ramen. The rest is a bit disappointing

We tried the experience of the Japanese pop-up restaurant, feeling nostalgic for the flavors we tried in Japan and it was excellent: we rediscovered the authentic flavors of Japanese cuisine. All the dishes were expertly described, the choice of cooking the Wagyu in the dining room by chef Matsuguma was wonderful (really excellent beef with a delicious sauce!). Thanks to chef Di Benedetto who brought these splendid flavors to Palermo!

Abbiamo provato l'esperienza del Japanese pop-up restaurant, avendo nostalgia dei sapori provati in Giappone ed è stata ottima: abbiamo ritrovato i sapori autentici della cucina giapponese. Tutti i piatti sono stati descritti sapientemente, bellissima la scelta di cucinare in sala il Wagyu per mano dello chef Matsuguma (manzo davvero eccellente con una salsa deliziosa!). Grazie alla chef Di Benedetto che ha portato questi splendidi sapori a Palermo!

16/07/2025: Nice place with great wines and good food. It’s a bit pricey but the place + atmosphere is very nice. I don’t think it’s possible to spend less than €50 unless you only order a single plate and a glass of wine.
