Ricordi di famiglia che si intrecciano negli anni. Metà fissa da tempo immemorabile, non delude mai. Piatti della tradizione innaffiati da un ottimo bonarda.

Che sia Estate o Inverno Buscone riesce sempre a stupire. Prodotti freschi e genuini, alta qualità del cibo e servizio accurato. Un locale a conduzione famigliare dove la tradizione incontra la tecnica ed innovazione, ma senza stravolgere. Immancabile il SALAME fatto in casa dalle sorelle norcine, uno dei migliori dell'oltrepó. La cucina e l'atmosfera che si prova vale il viaggio.

21/12/2024: Jewel of catering in the Pavia countryside. In an elegance of times gone by, a local cuisine with ancient flavors is offered, with extremely carefully prepared dishes well described by the dining room staff who enrich them with their popular history. I recommend the gooseneck, if available. Truly a beautiful experience as it is difficult to do nowadays. Extremely interesting wine list available. Bill in line with expectations and with the culinary proposal. Reservation almost mandatory.
23/11/2024: Highly recommended. The room itself is surprising: it is a journey (a beautiful journey!) through time. Menu that respects seasonality, the territory and its history, with attention to the combination of flavors. Cuisine with attention to every aspect, we really appreciated every dish. Accurate service. The only note: there is no choice of wines by the glass (the cellar is excellent, of course, up to par). Adequate price, the experience is worth it.

09/12/2024: The path between the tables has certainly been tested, when the rooms are (always) full 😊. Unfortunately, however, sometimes, you find yourself confined to a table, whose guests forget the etiquette by invading your already limited space with a thrust that allows them to move back with the chair, hitting those who have their backs to them.
