Cute little pastry shop, delicious pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and croissants, all at a very reasonable price. Great coffee from an impressive coffee machine. Very friendly staff. ❤️

They've been in the same place for three generations. The croissants and desserts were especially delicious. There was a bit of rudeness around 10 a.m., but despite that, everything was great.

Not every pastry was out on display or they didn’t have much prepared. I appreciate that they have lots of seating both indoors and outside as most cafes in the city do not.

Amazing little Pasticceria!! Delicious fresh pastries, very welcoming environment and loved the esthetics. I wish I had discovered it sooner. I highly recommend a visit.

This pastry is a gem! We went there every morning for our breakfast. Pastries & sandwiches are delicious, fresh and homemade. This place is typical and the staff is very nice. You get a real Italian experience!

A pastry shop in the heart of Florence's Oltrarno neighborhood. A place that has remained authentic despite the constant changes in this city. The pastry shop is welcoming, the atmosphere pleasant and relaxing, the pastries are delicious. During peak hours, the staff gets a bit overwhelmed (the wait gets long for hot drinks and orders arrive incorrectly, they don't listen or pay attention. For the third time, an interminable wait for a cappuccino!!) Perhaps the girl in charge of the coffee shop should change roles. ❣️

The bar is located near the center of Florence and has both an outdoor and indoor area. The pastries are very good and varied. A great option for a tasty breakfast in Florence!!! 😍😍 Super recommended!!!

Nous y sommes allés en fin de matinée et le choix était très limité, cependant le chocolat est extraordinaire et le croissant à la crème très bon aussi mais ça manquait un peu de crème.

The Pan Suisse is impeccable: fragrant, well-flavored, and perfectly balanced. The place, though small, exudes a welcoming atmosphere. Recommended for those who want to break away from the usual puff pastry options: the selection is varied and interesting. A place to keep in mind, one you'll happily return to again and again.

02/12/2025: Amazing local restaurant! Had a three course meal here and all the food was fresh, delicious and homemade. The wine was exceptional, and overall was excellent value for money.
21/11/2025: A spectacular place! The ham omelet was incredible, the coffee was great, and the bread was amazing. The service was friendly, helpful, and perfect. I would go back as many times as I wanted.
