I visited in the morning and was warmly welcomed by two very kind staff members. However, another staff member who spoke good English came across as quite unfriendly. If you’ve been there, you’ll probably know who I’m talking about. That said, I really liked the upbeat and lively atmosphere overall.

The pastries and coffee were delicious. The women behind the counter the day we visited were all delightful and friendly. There’s seating both inside and outside.

Wonderful and delicious bakery in Florence that is off the beaten path! We stumbled across this bakery during our first trip to Florence and fell in love! The tiramisu and everything else we had was to die for! The two women working were so friendly and kind… we are even planning to go back tomorrow morning! Nous y sommes allés en fin de matinée et le choix était très limité, cependant le chocolat est extraordinaire et le croissant à la crème très bon aussi mais ça manquait un peu de crème.

Una pasticceria accogliente, dall'atmosfera calda e rilassante, con una sala dove tutto sembra essersi fermato nello stile degli anni della mia infanzia; ottime le proposte dolci, ragionevoli i prezzi, bellissimo il tavolo centrale della saletta interna intorno al quale ci siamo sedute e siamo state benissimo, come in famiglia o in casa di amici simpatici. Merita davvero una visita.
