Chosen so randomly on the road to Barolo, it turned out to be a real surprise! Everything perfect from the appetizer to the dessert through to the wine. I think the best plin I've eaten, certainly the best chocolate and salted caramel cake and probably also the best dessert I've ever had. Congratulations indeed!

Scelto così a caso sulla strada per barolo sì è rivelato una vera sorpresa! Tutto perfetto dall'antipasto al dolce passando per il vino. Credo i migliori plin che ho mangiato, sicuramente il miglior tortino cioccolato e caramello salato e probabilmente anche il miglio dolcetto che abbia bevuto. Complimenti

We met him by chance on the road to Barolo, we stopped for lunch, invited by the scent coming from the kitchen and intrigued by the structure. Excellent welcome, excellent service and everything, from the wine to the dessert, every single course was "wow"! Surprising and highly recommended.

Discovered by chance on Google. We had lunch here with friends, traditional cuisine and atmosphere. Excellent dishes as well as the wine they produce. Even though the restaurant was full, the service was excellent. Until next time!

Excellent high quality cuisine. Price adequate for excellent quality. Impeccable, friendly professional service. Praise goes to Marco who made us feel at ease with his attention. Grated truffle on few eggs on fondue. Snails on cauliflower cream and crispy bacon....a fantastic Oscar dish. Chestnut gnocchi with cow's blue and sage change. Marinated cabbage with robiola. Barolo bacon. Cheeses. All excellent cuisine...compliments to the kitchen staff...you can't help but return.

10/04/2025: Hier wird richtige piemontesische Küche serviert - alle Klassiker aus dem Piemont (sogar im April waren die Trüffel noch schmackhaft), tolle lokale Weinkarte, schönes Ambiente, guter Service.
27/03/2025: We were craving veal with tuna sauce and agnolotti. Having asked for availability of seats and with our furry friend in tow, we tried it Trattoria del Bollito in Alba. Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Finally a veal with tuna sauce like it used to be. Agnolotti with an excellent filling and a taste of mixed boiled meat. Right portions, cooked properly. Nice wine list. Correct price for food and service.
