07/03/2026: This was my second visit to this place. The boiled meat was good, served directly from the trolley with seven different sauces and some truly tasty mashed potatoes. I asked if they had tortellini in broth as a first course, thinking it was a given, but they didn't—a real shame. My cousin had a plate of gnocchi with raw butter. Two things to consider: the first was that they were ravioli della Val Variata, and the second was that there was a truly paltry amount of butter. We asked the waitress for a little more butter, and she did. The staff was courteous and helpful. I'd definitely go back if I understood.
