Menu dining is only available at lunchtime. For dinner, there are reheated dishes from the buffet display case. All food is edible.

If you're looking for a place to grab something delicious to enjoy at home or stop in for a quick meal, Buffet Vita is a great choice. The quality of the food is excellent, the portions are generous, and you can sense the care taken in the preparation. Dining in is convenient, but in my opinion, takeout is the best option: perfect when you want to eat well without having to cook. Friendly staff, quick service, and excellent value. A place I'll definitely keep in mind for future visits.

Excellent for a quick meal, a fantastic counter with everything and more!!! Always hot cooked ham by the slice and a cauldron with typical Triestine specialties... super-efficient and courteous service. The buffet has been modernized without losing that dated Triestine trattoria feel... Large crowds of customers during the lunch break, especially workers. To find a safe place, it's best to book, and from what I've heard, even for dinner, where the food is mostly fish. Triestine cuisine, excellent cauldron, even fresh gulf fish, a must try!! Large crowd of workers at lunchtime, but the staff is very efficient and you can even get a good sandwich quickly.

Friendly atmosphere and good food

A typical Trieste restaurant located in a non-touristy area, frequented primarily by workers and local residents. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail and a modern style. The menu offers a wide selection of meat and fish dishes, reflecting Trieste's tradition and, more generally, Italian cuisine. We had the opportunity to sample porcina (pork) and ham in a crust with mustard and horseradish, accompanied by potatoes in tecia (sautéed potatoes) and boiled broccoli: all the dishes were of excellent quality and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff is distinguished by their courtesy and helpfulness, carefully explaining the menu directly to the table. A very positive experience: we will definitely return.

Excellent for a sandwich and/or Trieste specialties (cauldron). So far, I've always had quick options, and they're always very good. Margherita is always very kind and helpful, and her smile adds to the quality of the food.
