From the outside, this little pearl is very inconspicuous and you would probably walk past it. Inside a touch of rustic and traditional, outside a few tables. But once you order a house wine and spoil your palate with the exceptionally good food, all that is forgotten. Typical local restaurant, a bit rough but very charming, a wolf in sheep's clothing. Attention: Food is made fresh in the morning and is only available as long as there is something available.

A typical Trieste buffet, probably without any renovation work for decades - a good thing. Rolls and vino della casa wonderful. Friendly staff. Only the outside terrace is not sparklingly pretty. But what you're looking for here isn't chic, but rather originality.
