Great place! The burger portions are huge! The prices are very fair; we went on a Tuesday when 1 kg of tagliata cost €90, very little for such high-quality meat. The tagliata with 400 g of meat and a whole burrata are over €32. The burgers are between €12 and €20; the portions and quality are truly competitive.

Excellent quality food, excellent value, and above all, friendly service! I was greeted courteously upon arrival, and with equal courtesy when I went to pay. Their eagerness to ask everyone if everything was okay demonstrates their passion for their work and their attention to their customers. Characteristics that, as a professional in another field, I share and greatly appreciate. Congratulations!

The owners are always attentive and friendly, the service is fast, and the wait staff is equally attentive and professional. The meat is excellent. What can I say? Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend anyone who loves meat, and not only, to visit this place. A must-see in Rome.

My expectations were high, but they weren't met. I decided to go on Tuesdays, considering the meat promotion. I started by ordering arancini as an appetizer, but they only delivered two Ascolana olives, as pictured (please change the name: 1 because they aren't arancini at all, and 2 because the customer isn't expecting such tiny portions). I decided to order the wagyu, which I'd never tasted before, but I couldn't fully appreciate the flavor due to the excessive amount of coarse salt on top. In my humble opinion, you shouldn't add it, but rather let the customer add as much as they want. Too bad. I reply to the owner: 1. If arancini aren't the foundation of your menu, give them another name. The name Ascolana olives referred to the actual size of the product, and no one questioned the quality of the product, but I repeat, the size. 2. If, as I said, it's my first time at your restaurant and I decide to order a €300/kg cut of meat, I definitely don't want to experience the taste of €35/kg salt, which is certainly high-quality, but as stated, "in my opinion," it overpowers the flavor of the meat. 3. My criticisms are constructive; do as you wish. It's your restaurant, but don't expect your customers to be satisfied all the time.

Exceptional meat both in quality and cooking from the burgers (very large) to the cuts or steaks ALL good, the only shame is the prices but thanks to their offers during the week it is very good value almost free so recommended from Monday to Thursday for the price another flaw is that you can't book
