On my way back from my travels, I decided to stop for dinner in Casale and chose this restaurant for some meat. I must say that the quality is high and meets expectations, confirming the excellent reviews. The restaurant has been recently renovated and the owner is kind and professional. So I would recommend it. Prices are competitive in my opinion, but I was expecting a higher bill, but in this respect too I was pleasantly surprised. The quality-price ratio wasn't great. We spent about €50 each for a first course, second course, and side dish. The food was well-cooked.

Bravi! Il Servizio è da 10, il personale di sala molto attento e preparato, coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. Le materie prime sono di alta qualità. Carpaccio e carne cruda molto buone, serviti con ottimi abbinamenti. La costata che abbiamo ordinato era da circa1200g, la cottura perfetta come da noi richiesta.

Ci siamo trovati a Casale Monferrato per una breve gita domenicale, l'ora di pranzo si avvicinava e i ristoranti erano tutti al completo. Nella Piazza centrale ( del cavallo) un cartello indicava La Brasserie, poco fiduciosi di trovare posto, ma spinti dalla fame abbiamo provato. All'ingresso ci accoglieva Oscar che con estrema cordialità ci assicurava che a breve ci avrebbe fatto accomodare. Passati pochi minuti, il tempo di una sigaretta, ci invitava a seguire la cameriera, per altro molto gentile, nella saletta sottostante l'ingresso. Ambiente un po piccolino, ma molto accogliente. Ordiniamo: Vino, antipasto e secondi di carne a Km zero. Che dire se non... tutto veramente ottimo, monferrina e tagliate di qualità, i dolci eccellenti. Conto adeguato alla qualità Servizio eccellente. Sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consigliamo.
