Very kind staff, excellent food, perhaps the breadcrumbs were a little expensive as they had no side dish (very good and excellent quality meat, cooked to perfection). Homemade agnolotti to be had! Good wines by the glass, Barbera and Arneis. The off-temperature white, a little colder, was perfect. The room is small but welcoming and well treated acoustically. When the room is full, you can converse without shouting and the music is at a pleasant level. Even though we arrived a little close to closing, we were not rushed in any way, in fact the girl at the service made sure we were comfortable and ate calmly several times. Excellent tiramisu, cheesecake too, the biscuit was just a little hard, I struggled a little to break it. We will definitely return if we pass by Casale. Well done.

Restaurant I will definitely return to; main dish: fresh pasta with porcini mushrooms and Monferrato truffle, truly exceptional. The meat second courses are also excellent, I recommend the cheek with glazed carrots which I found better than the sliced ​​one. What I really appreciated is that each dish was well seasoned (for example, in the pasta there were many porcini mushrooms, not two cross-shaped mushrooms) and the well-cooked vegetable side dishes are also plentiful.

A little expensive restaurant for what it offers but the food is not bad. (The fact that you can pay 38 euros for two salads in some places does not justify avoiding criticism regarding the quality/price ratio). As other reviewers have pointed out, the breadsticks and accompaniments were a little stale, although it was clear they were quality products, which was a shame. We have only visited the place on one occasion so it is not necessarily always like this.

Due o tre volte all'anno, da ormai 20 anni, frequento questo ristorante gestito dai due fratelli, Oscar in sala e Omar in cucina. Ho assaggiato tutto quanto proposto dagli innumerevoli menù che si sono susseguiti nel tempo e devo dire che mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. Il piatto che preferisco resta sempre quello degli antipasti misti piemontesi. Quando ho voglia di bagna cauda vado alla Brasserie e so di trovarla, servita non solo con le verdure, ma con tanto di uovo e formaggio (tomino o stracchino) come ormai si usa fare per fortuna, data la sfiziosità degli accostamenti. Complimenti al titolare che dedica impegno e cura da molti anni alla ristorazione cittadina, al fine di offrirci un gradito servizio!
