Brasserie In Casale monferrato

My husband and I went there for bagna cauda day. Excellent and plentiful.

Twice we went to eat a piece of grilled beef. Ordered medium, served maybe a little rare, but tender and excellent. Pasta with porcini mushrooms was also very good. Waitress friendly and efficient. Price a little high justified by the quality.

Intimate, very nice and pleasant atmosphere. Fresh and well-presented food. Everything was excellent and delicious. From appetizers to dessert 🍰 well done well done well done

On my way back from my travels, I decided to stop for dinner in Casale and chose this restaurant for some meat. I must say that the quality is high and meets expectations, confirming the excellent reviews. The restaurant has been recently renovated and the owner is kind and professional. So I would recommend it. Prices are competitive in my opinion, but I was expecting a higher bill, but in this respect too I was pleasantly surprised. Siamo ritornati dopo un po’ di tempo per un pranzo in famiglia 3 e ci siamo accomodati nella saletta, piccola ed accogliente al piano superiore, e subito una gentile ragazza ci ha consegnato la carta dei vini con circa una decina di “etichette rosse” prettamente piemontesi e mediamente interessanti e pochi bianchi, ma d’altronde la specialità del locale è la carne. Il menù invece presenta una piccola e buona scelta di piatti piemontesi/monferrini tra antipasti, primi, dolci (di produzione propria) e carni, anche con la possibilità di gustarne di più insolite come il canguro e ben in vista nell’impianto di frollatura che troneggia in sala. Noi abbiamo optato per un antipasto condiviso, salumi e formaggi, direi di aspetto e gusto sufficiente; poi abbiamo ordinato lo stesso piatto, un’ottima tagliata con bacon croccante e per concludere un buon dessert, una Crema di yogurt e frutti di bosco. Abbiamo pasteggiato con un buon rosso piemontese, un l Ruchè Cherù Cantina Canato, vitigno classico del Monferrato Casalese, particolarmente gradevole e beverino, due bottiglie d’acqua e 3 caffè per un totale di € 148 in 3, nella media di simili posti. Cucina mediamente buona, materie prime di livello, servizio cordiale ed efficiente: per chi ama la carne è un locale da frequentare.

The quality-price ratio wasn't great. We spent about €50 each for a first course, second course, and side dish. The food was well-cooked.

Sono andato per la carne io e la mia amica abbiamo preso la tagliata di vitella la mia era un po' nervosa mentre quella della mia amica tenerissima
