We found "La Bracerie" by chance, the place was super nice🤩 and the staff🤵🏼♀️ kind.❤️
There is the possibility of taking either a first course or burgers,🍔 the bagna cauda is good😋 but a very generous portion, ideal for two people.👫

I was there a few years ago and I must say that compared to then the only thing that has changed, unfortunately negatively, is the slowness of the service [I assume Sunday lunch and the place is full].
The quality of the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and it's worth going there.

Pleasant environment in the center of Casale M.to. courtesy and kindness in service. Mastery in cooking and preparing meat. Everything is good! Excellent quality. Wine worthy of every course. Excellent labels.
I definitely recommend.

My man and I decided to have dinner in the evening in Monferrato in a place that allowed us not to take the car and we chose this restaurant especially for this criterion of the very central area. Definitely a positive note on breadsticks made from a very airy dough and cereal/wholemeal crackers with seeds. I don't know if they are produced in house but they were certainly the "chasm openers". Let's get to the starters: I ordered a good quality Piedmontese fassona steak, while he threw himself on a fried egg with truffle. As nice as the idea of serving it in a pan was, the truffle only had an earthy flavor and not the typical pungent one that can be felt even from afar. The expectations were certainly different and high, but he made up for it with his second course, bagna cauda. The price is a little excessive considering the various foods designed for dipping (25 euros for mainly vegetables, a mini tartare and two pieces of cheese), but the generous portion was certainly appreciated and I would recommend it as the only choice for a dinner, in how challenging it really is. Towards the end, it got very salty but I think that's normal for the slow candle cooking process underneath. I, however, ordered a first course of pasta with 30 egg yolks with duck ragù and "crispi" artichokes, which even if they weren't exactly crispy, were very good and tasty.

Ristorante molto carino nel centro storico di Casale Monferrato.
Ottima cucina, e ottima cantina di vini.
Prevalentemente per carnivori, ma sono riusciti a soddisfare la mia dieta vegetariana con un ottimo risotto al gorgonzola e carciofi.
