20/02/2026: The piadina is good, but if there's too many people, it's often undercooked, perhaps because they're in a hurry. Anyway, the girl who served me had all those flesh-colored bandages on my ears, lips, and everywhere else to cover my piercings, which was a bit of a turnoff. Leave your earrings uncovered; it's not a nice sight to see those dangling bandages...just standing there hoping they won't fall off at any moment.

08/02/2026: The piadina deserves five stars: good piadinas and fast service. My only criticism is the cleanliness of the space and the cooking process, which, depending on who makes it, can sometimes make the piadina seem a little undercooked. But when it's done right, it's delicious, so congratulations!
