I go there often, excellent meat and friendly owners. The side dishes have gone up a bit in price.

The meat is of decent quality, but the prices are significantly above average. Considering the location isn't central, which makes parking easier, we're quite far from other grill restaurants offering high-quality service at reasonable prices. It's hard to spend less than €30 per person. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, even at the counter.

The price-quality ratio isn't the best. The desserts are okay, but the meat is too dry and the prices are exorbitant for the quality and quantity.

We stumbled upon this place by chance. We were looking for a place to have dinner and stopped as soon as we saw the sign "Braceria...". We ate wonderfully. Both the baked and ash-grilled potatoes were delicious. The meat was cooked just right, tender, and very flavorful. The goulash was also very good. We finished with a fig and walnut truffle and a chocolate and rum truffle: both delicious! The service was quick, the wait short, and the staff friendly. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is simple, clean, organized, and welcoming. Its strong point: over ten different types of bombette (fried meatballs) that, once you've tried them, you can't live without them, as well as the other meat varieties. The staff is fast, friendly, and helpful. The owners were like hosts, exchanging a few words before we left. What can I say? Go with your eyes closed, we'll be back as soon as the opportunity arises! 09/07/2025: I couldn't wait for it to reopen. The wait time for the right pizzas was long, the staff were friendly, and I found them to be very helpful. The prices seemed fair.
01/06/2025: We had dinner and tasted an excellent pizza with a really light dough and the typical aroma of a wood-fired oven: the choice fell on the pizza that bears the name of the restaurant, stuffed with fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, Norcia sausage and chopped pistachios. The cooking was impeccable, especially under the pizza and pleasant speckles on the surface. The flavor of the Norcia sausage was unique. The choice of dessert fell on a chocolate cake with a soft center, a sweet and balanced flavor that was not cloying to the palate, served with a decoration that was pleasant to the eye. The total cost of the dinner for 3 pizzas, 2 drinks, 2 desserts and the service charge is perfectly in line with the quality of the food, as well as the speed of the service. A place to definitely return to.

04/05/2025: Avevo lasciato anni fa una delle migliori recensioni su questo storico bar di Manduria . Ahimè mi trovo a dover constatare da tempo che la qualità non è più per niente la stessa soprattutto dei cornetti, alcuni dei quali ( es quelli vuoti ) non hanno nulla a che vedere con i “vecchi” cornetti di pompigna. Peccato
