We had a wonderful time from the very first moment, thanks to Martina's truly exceptional welcome, always ready to accommodate our every request, which she resolved brilliantly. In the restaurant, we were pampered by Grazia, the manager, and her entire staff. I fondly remember Mr. Onofrio, Andrea, Alessandro, and the young woman who, with great care, prevented me from eating the crab meat hidden in the fritters and found a salad bowl for me outside the usual tableware. Everyone was professional, kind, and always smiling, even when some customers didn't even return the greeting, showing rudeness and arrogance. A truly impeccable team: congratulations to everyone. We'll be back.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful rooms, spotlessly cleaned every day. The restaurant offers impeccable service and a very good menu. The beach service is also commendable. Finally, the welcome upon arrival was excellent. Recommended for those looking for a relaxing holiday.

A wonderful experience, cycling there and back from Castellaneta Marina with friends. I've done it before, but this one, thanks to the beautiful weather and excellent hotel, was perfect.

We stayed at this hotel for five days as a family. Everything was perfect. We appreciated the comfortable room, the proximity to the beach, and especially the excellent restaurant service with its consistently pleasant staff (a special mention to Grazia). We highly recommend this hotel.

Mystical experience. The rooms were nice, but that's beside the point. The waiter with glasses—fortunately, I don't know his name—gazed at me every time I handed him my plate, just to be polite. Next time, I'll have him pick it up off the floor. Let's talk about the contents of the plate: I don't understand the addition of lemon to the pasta. I was sick all night, I still have a stomach virus, and the bathroom is crying out for mercy. This is precisely why you should improve the ventilation in the bathroom. My friend fainted. While I was showering, the water got cold, and I was forced to not wash myself because I would have hypothermia, and my friend blamed my flatulence on the toilet. The hotel is nice, but there was a strange sound in the room, like a bird, and I couldn't sleep. I already have nightmares, let alone this bird. Next time, I'll go to another hotel that welcomes me with a smile and not a hung face. Enjoy your digestion.

We had a wonderful family stay at Hotel Ticho's. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. We were on half-board, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with a good variety, and we were able to try some Apulian specialties. Special mention to the restaurant staff – they were fantastic! 👍🏼 The hotel is very well located, right across from the beach. In April, parking is easy right outside the hotel.
