Tried it a bit by chance on a Monday evening in August while passing through Croatia. We were very pleasantly impressed by the excellent meat and the excellent service. I ate the pluma (particular cut of pork, delicious), my partner an excellent sirloin. The owner (I think, or manager) very kind and super knowledgeable, advised me on the dish expertly. The dessert is also excellent. Prices commensurate with quality. Highly recommended.

Excellent meat and super service. This is the strength of the place, the competent and friendly dining room staff. Dogs are also accepted. It really deserves to be tried. The cost, which may seem a little high, is actually fair for the quality of the experience (food and service)

The Kagoshima beef steak with foie gras on top is genius. The pasta and pork was also fantastic. The starters were okay. I'd skip them next time and instead get dessert.
Unfortunately the wine only seems to come in bottles so it's probably best to dine with someone with the same tastes or in a large group. This does make it hard to try some wines.

Nice and elegant place, excellent meat menu. Friendly and helpful staff. The area is not among the most chic in the city and has no parking (for motorbikes/scooters there are numerous stalls facing the entrance). However I would say one of the best restaurants in the city. Price, obviously commensurate with the high quality of the products.

Amazing food, wine and service, we are a couple from Ireland who didn't know how to speak a word of Italian but the staff made us feel very comfortable and helped us pick from the menu, our best dinner experience in Trieste, highly recommend 😊

Il locale è situato in una zona semi centrale, praticamente di fronte all'Hotel Victoria. Parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze molto difficile da trovare, facendo qualche passo in più si può usufruire del parcheggio multipiano in zona ospedale Maggiore. Il locale è molto intimo e ben curato al suo interno. Il personale è molto gentile. Abbiamo mangiato due antipasti (sfera e carsolina) buoni e ben presentati, una fiorentina e due dolci. Una bottiglia d'acqua ed una di vino da €35. Totale attorno ai €210. Molto buono, non posso dire nulla, però c'è qualcosa che manca per avere quel quid in più. Comunque da provare.
