In a refined but never pretentious context, this restaurant has revealed itself to be a true gem for those who love quality cuisine and the art of hospitality. My partner and I had dinner to celebrate an important birthday. Every detail, from the furnishings to the lighting, contributed to creating an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional and always friendly. You could feel the care and passion of those who work with love for their profession. The menu was a pleasant discovery: creative but balanced dishes, in which each ingredient was enhanced with respect and mastery. Excellent wine, with selected proposals that accompany the flavors with elegance. A perfect balance between taste and presentation. An experience that goes beyond simple "eating out": here we celebrate the pleasure of feeling good. Recommended for those who know how to appreciate authentic quality, in all its forms. We will definitely return

For those looking for good meat, this is definitely a good place. The all-female waiting staff is attentive and knowledgeable. However, once I left, I had the feeling of a slightly artificial experience, both in taste and atmosphere. Both the food and the service seemed well-packaged, but not entirely authentic. The bill is definitely above average, almost Michelin star-worthy, which raises expectations a bit. Overall, a good experience, but with some reservations about the naturalness

Very elegant place with meat specialities...everything delicious from the entree to the dessert through the appetizer and first courses...delicacies and touches of class seasoned our dinner but.......an appetizer not on the menu (rib carpaccio seasoned with various oils) even if it CANNOT cost 90 euros for 2 people!!! Nb the Lady says that in the small notebook on the table in pencil there was written the name of the off-menu items and also the price...(in pencil w in small)....anyway I would go back and highly recommend it....maybe with an eye on your wallet!!

Mann kann über den Service oder das Ambiente reden: Alles ist wichtig und passt hier absolut. Aber: Das Essen ist ja noch das Wichtigste. Und das ist hier hervorragend. Zumindest war es heute Abend perfekt. Fleisch, Beilagen, Getränke: Alles in Harmonie abgestimmt, natürlich mit Hilfe der netten Kollegen. Für mich die absolute Empfehlung in Triest und ich werde definitiv wieder kommen. Preise natürlich nicht niedrig, dafür aber absolute Oberklasse, was die Speisen angeht.

Ambiente curato e raffinato ,ottima disposizione del tavoli, servizio professionale e impeccabile , cucina eccellente. E’ stata una piacevolissima serata la cena in questo locale : qualità della materia prima top ma anche preparazione e presentazione dei piatti di livello assoluto. Menù orientato sulla carne di ottima qualità, presenti anche alcuni primi ( anche questi ottimi) e buonissimi dolci . Pregevole anche la carta dei vini . Prezzo assolutamente adeguato . Consigliatissimo !

Bracerie Venete was recommended to us by several locals and they were right. Down a side street away from the tourist centre of the old town you were welcomed by friendly helpful staff. Good menus and food was wonderful, with the chief adding her or her secrets giving lovely flavours. It was a busy evening but you were never rushed. We had a lovely time with both food and service being excellent. Prices were reasonable also. A starter, main course, desert and bottle of wine for €114.00

The atmosphere, the waiters and first of the mature beef makes the place unforgettable! Take the wine pairing experiment!

Without a doubt the best meat restaurant in Trieste, if not beyond. It is not just a restaurant but a real sensory experience. The magic begins as soon as you open the door and are welcomed by the attentive and very kind staff. Dishes that are nothing short of sublime with a quality of raw materials that cannot be found in the area. If you want a high-level dinner trying very particular cuts of meat, this is the perfect place.
