It was a wonderful evening! The food was excellent. What impressed me most was the service! Ezron presented all the dishes beautifully, and Alessandro was also very good! There were many twists and turns in the wine and spirits selections, too—a true tasting experience. 🤗 I also appreciated the very quiet atmosphere, with soft lighting. 👏🏻

Bracerie Venete is a gem. The place is uniquely decorated and everything makes you feel like you are part of a story. The service was impeccable. The staff rotates throughout your meal so you get to know them all, including the owner. The food is high quality and really tasty. It is one of the best steakhouses we have ever tried. I understand now why we could not get a last minute reservation in February when we were last in town. Book your table in advance. We will definitely be back next time we are in Trieste.

The meat is fantastic! The service is fast and friendly. The prices are certainly high, but I realize that quality comes at a price. The menu features special cuts, such as wagyu or bison.

From the moment we walked into this stylish, rustic venue with its beautiful stone walls, we knew we were in for a special evening.The quality of the meat here is unmatched. We started with the beef tartare and carpaccio, both incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. For the main course, the grilled dry-aged steak was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, rich in flavor, and literally melting in the mouth.The service was flawless. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, highly professional, and spoke perfect English, taking the time to explain the different meat cuts and giving us excellent wine pairings. It is a fine dining experience that justifies every cent. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to return!

Amazing! What else can I say... Meal was delicious - from wagyu starter to steaks. Staff was very professional, pleasant and attentive. Ambience was great. If you are a carnivore or planning a special dinner, I highly recommend this bracerie. Hope to visit again!

took my husband here for his birthday tonight. one of the best if not the best dinner we have had and we have had many great meals all over the world in the last 25 years. the cooking is unique and nuanced. every single dish we had was filled with depth of flavors, and beautifully presented. all the boys working there are nice and funny - made us smile. we had a nice chat with the very entrepreneurial young owner mario. very glad we finally came here. we'll be back.

We had an amazing evening at Braceria Veneta in Trieste. The wine selection was excellent, the food was delicious, and every dish was prepared with great quality and flavor. What really made the experience special was the outstanding staff — everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the evening. A perfect place to enjoy great food, wine, and atmosphere. Highly recommended!
