Amazing! What else can I say... Meal was delicious - from wagyu starter to steaks. Staff was very professional, pleasant and attentive. Ambience was great. If you are a carnivore or planning a special dinner, I highly recommend this bracerie. Hope to visit again!

took my husband here for his birthday tonight. one of the best if not the best dinner we have had and we have had many great meals all over the world in the last 25 years. the cooking is unique and nuanced. every single dish we had was filled with depth of flavors, and beautifully presented. all the boys working there are nice and funny - made us smile. we had a nice chat with the very entrepreneurial young owner mario. very glad we finally came here. we'll be back.

We had an amazing evening at Braceria Veneta in Trieste. The wine selection was excellent, the food was delicious, and every dish was prepared with great quality and flavor. What really made the experience special was the outstanding staff — everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the evening. A perfect place to enjoy great food, wine, and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was excellent and the food was truly excellent. The staff was particularly helpful. Alex accompanied us throughout this dinner and was extremely friendly, helpful, and hospitable. He was a truly excellent sommelier, offering suggestions on the dishes and the wine.

While visiting Trieste, we wanted to eat at a good steakhouse.
We weren't disappointed: Alessandro greeted us from the start, showing us to our table and helping us choose our wines. Vlad then guided us through the selection of appetizers and main courses. Egzon served us the main courses and, most importantly, the after-dinner drinks. The result: a wonderful evening with experts who are passionate about their work. The quality of the ingredients and the cooking were perfect. We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful and wonderful place nestled in the city, with a simple yet evocative sign design. Inside, the atmosphere is soft, elegant, and meticulously curated, with soft lighting that creates a very romantic feel. Huge praise goes to the staff, who were kind, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the meal. Their expertise in explaining the dishes is, of course, included. As for the dishes, I couldn't give more sincere compliments, because it was a true culinary experience in the world of meat! An experience worth having at least once in your life, as they use very unique and intriguing cuts and their provenance. Definitely worth returning!

What an absolute delight to have had dinner at this restaurant. The service was great, the food was absolutely fabulous - creative and made from top quality products.. the duck and quail starters were a bomb of flavour. Great choice of wine.

I had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant very recently and I must say I was truly surprised and satisfied. The restaurant serves truly interesting meats, tasty and cooked just right. Furthermore, the service was impeccable, young and friendly. The place was particularly quiet, with soft lighting that created a pleasant atmosphere in which to sit. The price is completely justified by the excellent service and the carefully selected and expertly prepared meats.
