We booked 4 friends for dinner, really one of the most delicious meat dishes, from appetizers to main courses. Unfortunately, the desserts disappointed us, considering the ambiance and flavors before, they are not worthy of the restaurant's reputation and instead of the highlight of the evening, there were only some desserts and too small portions for the money. The wine was good, unfortunately they were not attentive and poured us from the bottle, which was at the end and the two of us got quite a bit of wine in the glass.
The waiter at the end at the cash register was also inappropriate for such a place and offer, as he behaved as if he had already finished his workday and that we were all friends from the street.
It's a real shame because the whole experience was very good and the dishes worth visiting.

Possibly one of the best steaks I've ever tasted. The starters were based on classics, but presented in a modern and experimental way. The service was excellent. I would love to eat here more often. I paid €180 for two people, and it was worth it.

I came here for dinner on my birthday with my friends. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic, very observant and very kind, we were absolutely impressed with what an amazing service they provided. The food was absolutely exquisite. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious and the recommended wine was very very good. I cannot praise enough this place that made such a wonderful experience for me.

Great value for money too! €156 for a 40-day dry-aged 1100g Spanish steak.
Perfectly presented, cooked to perfection.

If you want to be spoiled and pampered, this is the place. I had a great time. I knew I was spending a fortune, but it was worth it. The meat was fantastic.

Il ristorante si trova in via madonnina all’inizio e si presenta esternamente un po’ anonimo e quasi nascosto all’interno ben arredato.
Personale cordiale e disponibile là specialità e’ la carne nelle sue declinazioni in particolare costata e fiorentina.
Ci sono anche antipasti un po’ troppo ricercati e pochi primi piatti.
Il prezzo è alto e diciamo che il tutto è molto scenografico più che eccellente il cibo.
Vini al calice o bottiglia.

Se vi trovate a Trieste dovete assolutamente provare questo ristorante , location curata nei minimi dettagli , mise en place perfetta , servizio impeccabile !! Che dire del cibo ? SPETTACOLARE, la qualità è indubbiamente ricercata e si percepisce e scaturisce un tripudio di sapori !! Continuate così ….
