Very elegant welcoming environment, very professional staff available and very attentive to customers. Good food but I expected more which I didn't find. I don't think I will go back.

A wonderful place where I go every time with great pleasure... the certainty of eating special dishes is guaranteed 😍❤️ the only flaw....... I still have to be disappointed by the lactose-free dishes despite notifying them twice 😢 but I had a constructive discussion on this with the manager ❤️🙏 the staff is well-trained and very kind ❤️ super recommended ❤️

Dinner with friends in a wonderful environment, special atmosphere, fantastic staff, friendly and professional, not intrusive but they pamper you, very high quality dishes with particular flavors always based on meat, the queen in this place are very interesting pairings with wines by the glass
The only downside is that we are 2 people who are lactose intolerant and, having warned them beforehand, we did not find a specific preparation for them.
But I am sure that in the future they will remedy this flaw given the professionalism and accuracy we put into everything to pamper our customers.

Restaurant where you can't feel bad. All delicious, wide choice of wines. The waiters are very courteous and professional, ready to answer any questions about the dishes. Not to be missed.

Fantastic restaurant. Welcoming, well-trained staff, excellent and unique food. An experience from start to finish, whatever you order. Highly recommended if you are in Trieste for a formal dinner or party

Bell’atmosfera, personale cordiale tutto ben curato. Ma, purtroppo c’è un ma. Nonostante avessimo preso tutti gli entree della casa, un antipasto, un primo/secondo piatto ed il dolce siamo usciti con la fame e un conto importante. Siamo rimasti tutti un po’ delusi dalle porzioni.

Carne deliziosa, mi avevano detto la migliore di Trieste e non ha deluso. Costo alto, ma se si sta attenti ci si salva. Senza vino e non prendendo carne pagata all'etto ma solo a prezzo fisso, abbiamo spesso 57 a testa in due (filetto con fois gras, tagliata wagyu europeo, antipasto 100% iberico). Tutto buonissimo, compresa la polpetta di benvenuto
