I’m a vegan and I absolutely loved this place! I am an experienced vegan and feel that we often have to compromise on taste but this was good even by non vegan standards. I ordered the apple salad with the tortellini and the seitan and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in Italy. The place itself is very cute and a really nice vibe. Will definitely be returning! Central location but not overly touristy, excellent if you want to rest after a busy day of walking or studying, good cappuccino and coffee, impeccable environment, relatively fair prices

Super cute place in the center of Florence. We booked in advance because we couldn't miss out on this experience. We ordered a platter with three salads, a first course, and a second course. The salad was phenomenal, so much so that it made us want to return just for that. We also ordered a platter with a pasta sampler and tempeh for the second course. Everything was excellent!
To finish, we shared a slice of chocolate cake with raspberries, which we absolutely fell in love with!
I absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful bookstore with a cafe and restaurant inside. There are multiple rooms as well as an outdoor area, so it is easy to find a zen place to do work. I got the antioxidant juice which was very refreshing. I look forward to coming here again and exploring more of the menu.

We ordered the sweet potato dish to share, and it was delicious. My partner ordered the seitan with potatoes, which was also very good, and I had the basmati rice with vegetables. I had to mix the rice with the sweet potato because it only tasted of ginger, which was a bit disappointing. Finally, we had a slice of chocolate cake, which was decent. Overall, the atmosphere was good, and the service was very good as well.

Very beautiful restaurant/coffee/bookshop with great vibes and wonderful service.
Food flavour profiles were also good however most of the food were very salty, specially pasta from the dish of the day. I feel like I have to do a hemodialysis after this lunch.
Afterwards servers told me I could have told them and they would have taken care of it, of which I do believe. However I would still hesitate a little bit before going for meals.
Would definitely recommend the coffee and desserts!

Going to Brac for Dinner was our favourite dining experience in Florence so far! We didn‘t have a reservation but were seated very quickly in the beautifully romantic bookstore, the Menu only contained vegan and vegetarian options with a lot of variety and fresh ingredients and they offer a lovely variety of wines. Can recommend!
