Brac In Firenze

I spent two days in Florence and I liked Brac so much that I had dinner there two nights in a row! The place has a very interesting alternative format, it is in fact both a bookshop and a restaurant and bar where you can have an aperitif. The à la carte menu has about 5/6 options per course, which suggests that all the dishes are made on the spot and with extreme attention to detail. In addition to being almost completely vegan, many of the dishes they offer have self-produced ingredients, an example is the delicious seitan on pepper cream that I tasted on the second night. What won me and my boyfriend over in particular was the pasta alla chitarra, truly exceptional! The prices are fair, the portions too. All this in a relaxing and welcoming environment, among prints, travel manuals, great classics, art books and much more. After dinner I couldn't help but buy myself a novel! I absolutely recommend it

Nice place, good service, good quality vege/vegan food. In a more open city than Florence it would be nothing special, here it is an island of salvation. The user base strictly adheres to the type of venue, you are warned!!

Everything in this place seems to be special. The wine, the food, the dessert even the coffee is a new experience in this place. The Flavour profiles are incredibly rich and the whole experience is magnificent.

The best vegetarian restaurant I’ve been to. Seriously, everything was amazing!! I had 5 other non-vegetarians in my group and they all loved their meals as well. The choose three option was great, the beet salad was delicious and the tempeh was amazing. Loved it all and super cute

A friend of mine and I had two desserts - banana bread with raisins and lemon and blueberry cake - really tasty. "Homemade" desserts, good and light. We enjoyed them in the peace of the patio. Quick and courteous service

Ristorante molto carino e originale, dove alla qualità delle materie prime si aggiungono un tocco di creatività e tanto entusiasmo nel realizzare piatti buoni e abbondanti nelle porzioni. È stata una bella scoperta! Lo consiglio vivamente, e non solo a chi è vegetariano come me.

Encantadora noche - incluso un martes por la noche el restaurante estaba lleno, pero pudimos estar sentados en el bar. La comida fue una de las mejores que he probado - los sabores eran increíbles y el menú era tan creativo. Mi pareja (omnívoro) y yo (vegano) estábamos impresionados por la comida y el ambiente era encantador - tranquilo y romántico.
