Super cute place behind Santa Croce! A bookstore that's also a restaurant and bar, with a quiet atmosphere and plenty of books everywhere. The vegetarian and vegan food is really good (even for non-vegans!), with carefully prepared and light dishes. We had three first courses, two second courses, wine, three desserts, and three coffees—all excellent and only €29 each. The service was kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

A breath of culinary fresh air in Firenze. This delightful bookshop/restaurant cooks a variety of uniquely delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. The €20 platter, offering you 1 dish from each part of the menu, is fantastic value for money (they do not skimp on portion size!) I would absolutely recommend this as a dining experience to anyone (especially if you're veggie)

We had an aperitivo; the drinks were delicious, and the bartender was friendly... except when she entertained, rather than calmed down, a couple of people who had criticized every place to eat and drink in Florence. I'd recommend writing an article about it instead of shouting it all out inside the bar. If you're good at something, you make money, right? I thought it would be quieter than a bar, being a place where people could read, but not more.

I came to eat here and was pleasantly surprised. The place is meticulously designed, the bookstore is truly interesting, and the food is spectacular. Balanced flavors in every course, and portions are generous enough. I'll definitely be back!

We had a truly enjoyable evening at Brac. The dinner was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend trying the potato and ginger tortelloni, which were delicious.

I recommend the single course: perfect variety, quality, and quantity. The staff is extremely friendly and approachable, and the atmosphere in the dining room off the courtyard is intimate and poetic.
The only drawback is the lack of a wine list, which, considering the average price of a glass can reach up to 8 euros, should be accessible.

Honestly my favorite place to eat in Florence! The best vegan pasta I've ever had the tortelloni with potato and ginger is a must have. I loved it so much I visited every day on my trip. BRAC is super cozy and the staff are so welcoming and made me feel at home. BRAC has my heart! ❤️
