The food was great but the services could be better. The waiters are a bit uptight.

On a Monday we ended up at this gem for lunch. We were warmly welcomed. We were given a quiet and cool spot inside where our dog could also lie down. It's so special that we can also have lunch here without any problems with a large dog (he's a quiet sweetheart but it's still very nice that it's never a problem). Antipasti for 2 people. Crazy tasty. Refined. Freshly made (we could look into the beautiful professional open kitchen) and all dishes were sublime. Then we shared a pasta (which was a good idea because the antipasti is quite a lot) and enjoyed the dolci. I can only say 💯 💯 💯 about the wine list. We chose a mezzarossa from Morella. A delicious local rosé. Come and enjoy this beautiful place and eat your belly full. We were too busy eating to take pictures 😜

This place is listed in the SlowFood Osterie d’Italia guide, for which it has been awarded a Chiocciola. Therefore, it is a top place. Really very very beautiful, with cuisine that respects the territory and its flavors. Fair prices. To be taken into great consideration to keep the memory of an event or for a simple but good Apulian experience. Highly recommended.

I would drag my naked arse across a street full of broken glass to eat here again ……. Such a unique twist on local seasonal produce …… not trying to sound like a food wanker but it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in Italy ….. worth every cent .

Traditional cooking experience with some modern variations (super Cracco-style fried egg) of a high standard. Especially with the lamb in two versions for Easter day it was sublime. And then the fried zeppola... do we want to talk about it...? Well done, good, good

Ottima selezione di vini, hanno un tablet apposito per la scelta! Il menù non è vastissimo ma ciò che c'è è buono. Il personale è stato molto gentile, ho chiamato in 2 occasioni e in entrambi i casi non ho avuto problemi con l'orario o fetta di dover liberare il tavolo, comprensivi anche nel momento in cui li ho avvisato che non sarei potuta andare più a pranzo da loro visto che tutta la città vecchia era accessibile solo su pagamento di dazio del carnevale di Putignano.

Situato nel centro storico di Putignano é un ristorante ricavato da un’antico edificio dallo stile classico rustico pugliese.
Food: menu con ampia scelta di seleziono del rerritorio, tra cui antipasti molto buoni che consiglio, primi della tradizione e secondi anche a base di carne. Materie prime di grande qualità, abbiamo provato gran parte del menu e devo dire che é tutto molto buono.
