This is one of my favourite meals during
4 weeks touring Italy. I had the truffle pasta and the ricotta torta with berries for dessert. Both dishes were so incredibly delicious. The prices are very reasonable and the owner is such a lovely, kind hearted person! Grazie mille

I piatti sono tradizionali e ben fatti. Locale piccolo gestito in modo casalingo (nel bene e nel male) con qualche lentezza di troppo quando il locale si riempie. Ad ogni modo la gentilezza e la convivialità umbra è al primo posto.

I would give it 4.5 stars
Very quiet place, fantastic food, friendly staff. The only reason why half a star is missing in my opinion is because the off-menu shank that I got was very good but the quantity was perhaps a little small, so I ordered another second course, a fillet with truffle, courgettes and other things, which was also very good . After an excellent starter of cured meats, 1 second course and another second course, I ordered dessert and there I felt almost full.
We will probably return

How nice it is when you feel at home even on holiday! Well, this is what happened to us in this little place.
The restaurant is located in the historic center, small, with few seats, a kind and discreet waiter and a hospitable and frank owner with whom, at the third dinner, we willingly stopped to chat.
The environment is informal, with a dairy counter at the back and about ten tables, I would define it as a trattoria rather than a restaurant, but in its category it is still a very successful place.
The menu is typical, with traditional local dishes, cooked well, traditionally plated, without too many frills, they are good and that's enough.
The tagliatelle with wild boar ragout is good.
I, a lover of vegetables, really appreciated their mixed ones, tasty and delicious.
Homemade desserts, good.
Honest bill, commensurate with the food offered.
I can't judge the amenities, not used.
When in Perugia, we will definitely return.

We were behind schedule and stopped by here by chance. Vittorio was very kind and made us sit down for lunch despite the late hour. Really excellent fresh truffle tagliatelle. Advised!

The pastas were good, but nothing special, the portions were quite small. In Perugia you can find places with better food at a similar price

The ideal restaurant: discreet, charming, very welcoming. The cuisine is delicious, some ideas are worth the detour (wild boar, and especially the eggplant and truffle flan!). Thanks again :)

Anyone who passes by here cannot help but taste theirs. Delicacies... I just finished a plate of Giglietti... fresh artisanal pasta Norcia style with defatted sausage, truffle sauce and cream... I thought it was heavy but the temptation won and my delighted palate won too... excellent, fast service and top wine like the rest … passing through Perugia I couldn't have chosen anything better … typical restaurant in the historic center … Fantastic

Pasta is delicious. In particular, the orange added to the ravioli cream pasta was very unique and delicious. Lasagna is also great. Tiramisu is the best.
Vegetables are okay.
