I went there today with my parents at half past one, in my opinion the place where it is is cool because if it rains it's like a scene from a movie arriving in the rain. However, I ate some pasta with a very good red wild boar sauce and the service was very courteous, the lady who served for example, also greeted us when we left because she too had gone out 😆

Small shop in the center of Perugia. Retro but pleasant atmosphere. I was expecting a tastier but overall good cuisine. The service without infamy and without praise, the lady is nice. I don't know if it's Perugia's first choice but it's still not bad.

Excellent tavern in the center of Perugia; Small but welcoming place managed with care and professionalism. Exquisite dishes, to die for!!! Very fair prices for the quality and location; first courses at €10, desserts at €6/8. Absolutely worth trying!

We had two great meals here in our four night Perugia stay. It's extremely rare for us to visit the same restaurant twice when travelling but this place was exceptional. First rate friendly service - lots of jokes and laughter that made us feel like regulars and delicious home style food. Particularly non touristy given it's location too - totally surrounded by rather bland touristy restaurants. We especially laughed when we shared kangaroo jokes as Australians 😊🦘

Excellent place to eat in Perugia. After being rejected at several restaurants (7:30 p.m. and they asked for a reservation in advance) we found this place. They treated us wonderfully, with typical homemade food, the owner, an excellent chef and his wife who served with great kindness. Highly recommended. We shared three dishes to try and everything was excellent. Good prices!!!!

Finalmente dopo aver cercato vari ristoranti mi sono imbattuto in questo locale gestito da persone genuine, di famiglia!! Finalmente Italia, sempre più difficile trovarli. Continuate così non mollate….. a proposito buono anche il cibo

I piatti sono tradizionali e ben fatti. Locale piccolo gestito in modo casalingo (nel bene e nel male) con qualche lentezza di troppo quando il locale si riempie. Ad ogni modo la gentilezza e la convivialità umbra è al primo posto.

15/07/2024: A great little hidden treasure of the Umbrian gastronomic tradition. Real cuisine and not unnecessarily "trendy" and impeccable service from the hosts. Worth the short trip from Perugia San Mariano.

02/07/2024: The Locanda dello Stradino ... remains on the SS3 78 state road in Pissignano, province of Perugia, and opens and closes at 11.30 pm ... has a magnificent spacious and well-furnished room and there are also outdoor tables, there is WIFI, and also offers a children's menu. It is worth knowing that in this inn many types of delicious pizzas are brought to the table, as well as excellent ravioli and delicious appetizers. Here you can also find many dishes of Umbrian cuisine... including cured meats, cheeses, pumpkin and anchovy pizzas, homemade strangozzi and gnocchi, tagliatelle with truffles, seared lamb finger, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, all with side dishes of chicory, grilled vegetables, cabbage and potatoes, roast potatoes with wild fennel, then there are the desserts... cream tart, chocolate cake with a warm heart and cream ice cream, and tozzetti with Sagrantino passito. The prices for the pizzas and the fixed menu are very cheap, however for lunch or dinner the prices are normally they range from 10 to 20 euros for pizzas and fixed menus and then from 30 to 40 euros for lunch and dinner at least to clarify, but one thing is certain if you pass by here you will leave very satisfied.
