Excellent borlenghi, revisited for their smooth, firm texture.
They're truly light and delicious; for example, the traditional one is incredibly flavorful and prepared according to the original recipe.
You could tell they really know how to make borlenghi at this little restaurant.
In addition, you can order platters of cured meats and cheeses, delicious first courses, and they also have an excellent wine list.
It's definitely worth coming here even if we're not close by; we'll be back to try everything else.
P.S. The berry cheesecake is simply amazing 🚀

We went this evening. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars only because I expected it to be bigger, but even in its small size, it's very cute and welcoming. We tried the savory-filled borlelghi, the sweet-filled ones, and the fritters with a little salami—all delicious! Excellent value, and the owner was very helpful and kind. We'll definitely be back and will try to spread the word about it because it's truly worth it!
