I ate at BorlenGO tonight and it was all excellent. All 4 of us liked the borlenghi. We tried them traditionally with Modena lard and parmesan, with parmesan and Romagna-style balsamic vinegar, with raw ham, stracchino cheese, rocket and truffle, and then the fried gnocchi with sliced meats, the rice and parmesan fritters were delicious. The homemade desserts were excellent, as was the coffee. Excellent value for money. The place is very nice, well-kept and very clean. I recommend going. I had never eaten borlenghi before and I was super satisfied.

Ambiente informale, raccolto, tranquillo. Personale accogliente. Ottimo se sei di passaggio o se scegli di venire espressamente a gustare queste specialità locali. Prezzi nella norma. Consigliato per una pausa veloce e per due chiacchiere in compagnia.

Borlengo unforgettable and above all surprising considering that we are in the lowlands! Crispy, fluffy and not at all greasy.... in the end instead of taking dessert we took two more borlenghi!
Very small, 24 seats. Better to book!!

A nice and welcoming place, not very large, but where you feel at home... we tasted a bit of everything: borlenghi (which I didn't know because I'm not from Emilia), tigelle, gnocco and fritters, accompanied by a platter of cured meats, rocket and stracchino and parmesan and truffle cream... all excellent! We would have preferred to accompany everything with a nice glass of wine or one of their many craft beers, but we were too afraid to risk our driving license 😂
We concluded with a nice homemade dessert, all served by the nice and very kind girls of BorlenGO! I highly recommend a visit to this place, it won't disappoint you!😊

I was there this evening with my boyfriend. Borlenghi are crazy!
From now on, when the desire to eat them returns, we can stay in the lowlands instead of going up to the mountains! We will definitely be back!
