A beautiful lunch with a view on New Year's Day. We were pleasantly surprised by everything, from the very elegant location to the quality of the products we ate. The meats were excellent, and the appetizers were equally good. We appreciated the welcome and the attention shown to our dog. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even though we didn't order dessert, they still brought us some small pastries to accompany our coffee. We will definitely be back...and have already recommended it to friends! Congratulations.

We had lunch with a couple of friends to try the famous Alba white truffle. A very welcoming atmosphere with a picturesque view and impeccable service. We tried the delicious dog tartar and the famous traditional tajarin with truffle, both truly excellent. Highly recommended!

Six of us dined today, all of us restaurant professionals, accustomed to recognizing and appreciating quality. It must be said right away that the cuisine at Locanda Borgo Vecchio is truly excellent. Carefully prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and authentic flavors: sincere compliments to the chef and his team, whose passion shines through in every course. The location is also splendid, with a breathtaking view that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the cuisine. After finishing the appetizers around 1:15 PM, we waited almost an hour for the main courses, which arrived only at 2:00 PM and without a table setting. During the wait, we tried to ask for information several times, but the waitress was rude, evasive, and unwilling to engage in conversation, even criticizing the fact that we had stood up for a moment to smoke. This is truly unprofessional behavior, especially in a setting of this caliber, where service should accompany and enhance the excellent work of the kitchen. It's a real shame, because the food is truly worth it, but service like this risks ruining the customer experience and diminishing the great effort of the chef and his team. In short: a charming location, amazing food, but the service and attitude of the wait staff need a thorough overhaul. With a dining room worthy of the cuisine, this place could truly be a benchmark.

Stunning location, we had lunch on the terrace with a wonderful view. The food was delicious, everything from appetizers to dessert! Fast and friendly service. The prices are obviously a bit high, but they're in line with the quality, service, and location. It's best to arrive by 12:00.

A lunch I'll fondly remember. Excellent food, fresh, local ingredients. The staff who looked after us throughout the meal were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The location is very elegant, with a terrace offering a picturesque view of the vineyards. The only thing that might need improvement is that we weren't presented with a wine list. The wait staff recommended wines based on our preferences, but we weren't able to see the full selection or the price per glass/bottle. We'll be back with great pleasure!
