A family lunch. The atmosphere is welcoming and quaint. The food is good, well-presented. The wine is also good. The staff is quite welcoming. The bathroom is clean.

We were welcomed with kindness and professionalism. All the staff were helpful, the food was excellent, and relaxation was guaranteed. We'll be back!

What we fell in love with at BSF was the ability for all of our guests to be together in one place just outside of our favorite town, Orvieto. The villas on the property overlook a beautiful pool, vineyards, and the Umbrian countryside, a truly stunning view we fell in love with and had as the backdrop for our wedding. We loved that the venue has a spa, restaurant, and a separate Villa space for the Wedding reception, Villa Laura. The rooms were nice and we were able to assign all our guests appropriately to the right size rooms. Breakfast was very good, they accommodated our "american breakfast" needs pretty well. Guests really enjoyed getting to eat together each morning. The spa was wonderful, minus us only having one spa lady the day of our guests services, she gave a great massage all the ladies raved about! We loved sitting by the pool, even on a late September day. The grounds of BSF had to be taken care of on the day of our wedding to the dismay of my husband, the grass was not cut and luckily they mowed it that morning per our request. The grounds of Villa Laura were well taken care of and looked beautiful with the lights above our table setting. The sunset on the night of our wedding was a Stunning backdrop. We chose to have our ceremony looking over the Umbrian hills at BSF rather than at Villa Laura and i'm happy we had it there. Dinner was AMAZING! 10/10! From start to finish, the courses got better and better! Our guests loved everything!! They made our "cannoli tower" dreams come true and our signature cocktail espresso martini was a hit! The after party bar was also top notch! a Must have for us! The only downside of BSF was the communication or lack there of with the venue leading up to our wedding. Our planner had to reach out multiple times to get questions answered and make sure everythign was being done according to our wishes and contract. Some of that could be "the Italian way" in terms of communication, but I do think there was more to be desired from those who we spoke to beforehand. In the end, we would absolutely chose BSF again. It made for the most perfect day and most beautiful wedding weekend that our guests and my husband and I loved and will cherish forever!

I stopped in for lunch, so I didn't see the rooms. I've never been to any other agritourismos, so I have nothing to compare it to, but the atmosphere was lovely. 💠 There's a winery? or storage facility? inside the cave, and the food was delicious! It seems like a great place for a relaxing vacation where you can do absolutely nothing.

Beautiful location, clean rooms, and a high-quality restaurant with extremely courteous service! Interesting tasting in the cave and excellent wine! Wonderful spa with qualified staff for a rejuvenating massage. Warm welcome, kindness, and friendliness at the reception desk, led by Sergio and Gabriele. Highly recommended...we'll be back!

The rooms had bedbugs in the bathroom. Very poor service. We left at 5:30 am. There were no lights on; everything was turned off, so you couldn't see where you were going. There was no one at reception to leave the keys. It's a shame because the place is very nice; with competent staff, it could certainly be even better.

Beautiful views, a perfect setting for couples and families. The room was spotlessly clean.

Great place with great potential, but service is sketchy. The ladies who run the spa are super nice and very talented. I won't comment on the restaurant.

A beautiful and well-maintained relais. The rooms are comfortable enough, and there are spacious common areas. The restaurant offers a limited menu without much variety. They could organize activities to engage guests both inside and outside the property. Overall, a peaceful stay.
