An experience of just 4 days that made me fall in love with a silent and discreet structure, with swimming pools and the possibility of a wellness program in absolute discretion among the greenery and serenity.

Dream place, good service, nice and delicate room. Staff with good disposition and good vibes. Thank you for the services provided. And thanks to Alejo and Lau for making me and my family feel so good. Grateful for ever! We will return!!

Quiet spot to visit hidden in the mountains of Umbria, Italy

Lovely place. Friendly and professional staff. Well-kept and clean spa. Well kept restaurant and very good food. I just want to point out the negative aspects in order to be able to give input to improve this fantastic place. They are: - there is no menu (I understand that the products are selected, but having a menu is very important), customers must be able to see the price of the dishes and the products offered; - price excessive for what is offered (considering that two glasses of prosecco are €18); - during payment, the receipt does not summarize the items of food/drinks taken, but there is a single item with the word Restaurant. In this way, it is not possible to make an account of the price of the same dishes/drinks (this may suggest that there could be some play on the price, also based on the customer: my opinion, I hope I'm wrong). - The wine (whatever type of wine it is), for greater transparency, must be uncorked at the table.

Very beautiful location and also the room, we took the Artemisia Suite with the romantic escape package which included several things. They treated us very well and the experience was certainly positive, I recommend it to a couple who wants to spend a different weekend. I would have given 5 stars if things had been done with more transparency. For example, in the package that cost 195 euros each it was written that dinner was included (excluding drinks), but at checkout we were asked for 60 euros for dinner, telling us that the main dishes had been taken away and the two side dishes (the dishes that cost the least), and therefore we would have paid only 2 appetizers, 1 dessert, 2 glasses of wine and 2 bottles of water, 60 euros. In addition to the fact that we were not told that only 4 courses were included in the dinner package, during dinner we were convinced by the waiter to take two more side dishes (so that they could deduct the prices of the side dishes from the total price, which were significantly lower than those of the appetizers). Our fault for having to ask for clarification immediately, but more transparency would certainly have been appreciated :)

Excellent structure immersed in the countryside, excellent service. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior room, very nice and spacious. High level dinner with attentive and courteous service, as well as the spa service. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place, surrounded by nature and well looked after. Attentive and kind staff, without ever being intrusive. Delicious dinner with excellent raw materials followed by entertainment with the singer-songwriter Andrea Gioia who gave us many emotions. In short: everything perfect, highly recommended!

I was given a smartbox as a gift a few years ago and, considering the solutions proposed, wellness centers were in the clear minority. My eye fell on the Relais of Borgo San Faustino and, let me tell you, the photos do not do justice to the beauty of the structure itself and the landscape. Completely surrounded by greenery, it is equipped with large, super-heated rooms given this humid and still slightly cold March, and the tranquility you can breathe is priceless. The reception is low but they make up for it with the WiFi present in every room. The restaurant is equipped with windows, allowing a breakfast with an unparalleled window onto nature, especially when the fog is still low, creating a magical and surreal atmosphere. It is also equipped with an outdoor swimming pool which can be used in hot periods and access to the spa is well signposted. The girls at the spa were super nice, allowing us who had arrived a little late to make up for lost time. Needless to say, the gem is the hydromassage tub which looks directly outwards, allowing you to enjoy the landscape in full relaxation, with soft lights, a heated environment and highly pleasant background music. I'm sorry I didn't have a few more days to organize a tasting in the cellar or a meal at the restaurant, a good incentive to return ;) Small note of thanks to the girl at the reception who was sweet and kind that is difficult to find nowadays. If you need to disconnect from the routine and stress of everyday life, take the car, arrive at the Relais San Faustino and let yourself be pampered by the staff and nature itself. You will return home with a whole new charge and energy!
