Esta fue nuestra comida favorita durante nuestras 10 noches en Italia. Nos encantó todo sobre este restaurante, desde el ambiente acogedor hasta la comida increíble y el servicio maravilloso - - realmente una experiencia y no solo una cena. Aunque no soy vegetariana, aprecié que había un montón de opciones si querías tener una comida vegetariana. El chef / propietario ha perfeccionado su arte, y lo único negativo es que pasamos el resto de nuestro viaje comparando cada comida con esta!

Second time here. We love it!! Gabriele is the owner, waiter, sometimes cook, will take care of you like family. His recommendations are always spot on. Traditional Italian family food. Very intimate setting, with the coolest soundtrack! This is not a place an influencer or their followers will make it to. Time and effort is spent on the food and making the visitor feel welcome. Come here to experience Florence the city not the tourist attraction!

WOW! Just go! The chef (who is also the waiter) is truly a culinary genius. He has created an incredible array of dishes that are unique, yet so delicious that we went back twice just to have them again. It is a rare treat to find such a variety of dishes — meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free — that are all equally incredible. This is the place you remember, a chef who takes such pride in his work and is so personable that you feel like you made a friend by the time you leave. Believe me, you are going to want to go here! B.O.r.G.O. Firenze is a hidden gem!

22/08/2024: First outing in Florence during our stay, and we were absolutely not disappointed, the portions are copious and at a very respectable price, the ingredients are tasty, the service is fast and very friendly, and everything was delicious. mouth on the map. The atmosphere is also very cozy, and makes you want to come back soon!

11/08/2024: A fabulous dinner, full of flavors and culinary discoveries. The orange ravioli are to die for and go divinely with the Nobile di Montepulciano!!!
08/08/2024: Amazing! We had lunch after our arrival in Florence. Very cosy, authentic Italian restaurant. We love the interior. Very friendly service by everybody, and the food was heavenly. Highly recommended, we will definitely return next time in Florence.
