B.O.r.G.O. came to the rescue when our previous dining plans for the evening fell through, and boy did they deliver. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was excellent, and we felt so welcomed. It is obvious that Gabriele, the owner, chef, waiter, dishwasher, and seemingly everything else, pours his heart and soul into this restaurant and his cooking. Our only regret was being too full for dessert (with a hand-drawn menu.) This place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend everyone give it a shot when passing through Florence.

This is an experience I have never had in any restaurant in the center of Florence. He has his attitude and the ingredients he uses are excellent. Here you can find many interesting combinations and a good atmosphere. We are all very satisfied. Now that the restaurant sector is increasingly oriented towards tourism, places like this are truly rare.

Nos encantó todo sobre este restaurante, desde el ambiente acogedor hasta la comida increíble y el servicio maravilloso - - realmente una experiencia y no solo una cena. Aunque no soy vegetariana, aprecié que había un montón de opciones si querías tener una comida vegetariana. El chef / propietario ha perfeccionado su arte, y lo único negativo es que pasamos el resto de nuestro viaje comparando cada comida con esta!

This is the best restaurant we visited in Florence, and the prices are very reasonable. It's rare to find such value these days in the city. They update the menu every four months, so don’t rely on the photos in the reviews. The service was excellent, and I will definitely return in the future!

This is literally the best meal I've ever eaten (the rabbit) ! The conversation with the owner was amazing. I learned so much. When we visit again, we will, without a doubt, go back!
