This beautiful library-themed restaurant is a truly evocative place where you feel literally immersed in books. The atmosphere is warm, original, and relaxing, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a unique experience.
The traditional Chinese dishes are prepared with great care and are truly delicious, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented.
The service is excellent: the waiters are polite, kind, and helpful, always ready to offer advice and make guests feel at ease.
A restaurant that combines excellent food and a unique setting, highly recommended.

A great atmosphere. They don't skimp on the alcohol in the cocktails. The pork with pineapple was a bit sour. The mochi was a bit too frozen. But overall, the food was delicious. The service was fast. Ordering on the tablet is very convenient.

Located in Milan's Chinatown, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere.
However, we found the dishes a bit pricey considering the portion sizes.
It is, however, a clean, well-maintained, and hygienic place.

☀️ A free day with friends = the perfect opportunity to discover a new place in Milan 🥢💛
We stumbled upon Bokok, in the heart of Via Paolo Sarpi, and fell in love as soon as we walked in the door.
A place with a meticulously designed interior—shelves full of books, warm colors, natural light, and the scent of tea and spices in the air.
It has that atmosphere that makes you slow down, perfect for a quiet lunch filled with conversation. ✨
Then came the ravioli... and there it was true love 😍
Colorful, beautiful, delicate, and delicious—one of those experiences that stays in your memory because every detail is thoughtfully thought out.
Words aren't needed: just one bite is enough to understand that food here is an art form. 🎨🥟
And the name Bokok isn't random: in Chinese, it means "treasure room." 💎
And indeed, it is—a little treasure chest where you can discover flavors, aromas, and special moments.
We loved everything: the friendly service, the relaxed atmosphere, the feeling of being somewhere different, authentic, and cared for down to the smallest detail.
Perfect for a tasteful and beautiful break in the middle of the day. 💫
If you're looking for a refined yet welcoming Asian corner in Milan, Bokok is a must-try! 💕

The food was very good, not too greasy. We all had hot tea instead of water! I'd say we digested everything! The service and atmosphere were excellent. I'd love to come back!

Opened around 2019, Bokok offers cuisine inspired by Hong Kong/Cantonese tradition, with a focus on handmade dim sum, steamed dumplings, noodles, bao, and other traditional dishes.
The restaurant stands out for its modern and refined ambiance: elegant interiors, a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, and a few creative touches (walls lined with books to browse, soft lighting... in short, a hybrid touch between an Asian trattoria and a contemporary bistro).
The culinary offerings offer a wide variety: classic dishes such as dumplings, wonton, noodles, Cantonese rice, and a selection of main courses and side dishes—some also vegetarian or gluten-free options.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this restaurant. It’s clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. We also found it very convenient that you can order directly through the app.
We had ramen and some appetizers, including the traditional Chinese steamed buns (I’m not sure of the exact name). They were delicious and served in an authentic bamboo steamer, which we really appreciated. I’d also like to highlight the presentation in general — the dishes were beautifully arranged, and the plates themselves were stunning, made in China, which added a very authentic and aesthetic touch.
We also tried the duck — I initially expected it to be Peking duck, but it turned out to be prepared differently. Still, it was quite good. I also tried sake for the first time in my life, and I was surprised by how much I liked it.
Overall, both of us would definitely return. Great experience!

Everything was excellent! I recommend trying the sweet potato BAO and the shrimp dish with GONGBAO sauce.
