Good food, nothing out of the ordinary. The dumplings were really good, but the ribs and duck were simply ok.

Passing through Chinatown, reading reviews, I discovered this place which certainly stands out compared to many others in the area for the elegance of the furnishings where the mega backlit bookcase exerts a great charm. But what actually made me choose this place was the fact that I would try Hong Kong cuisine. The mise en plat is basic but refined, but the choice of having to order with tablets which, from my point of view, ruined the idea of ​​craftsmanship is a bit disappointing. The mixed plate of Hong Kong style dumplings were sensational in terms of taste and preparation, however I cannot say the same thing about the Cantonese duck which according to the menu required a 20 minute wait which was reduced to 10 and although not dry without "soul" . In short, the quality is good but I did not find the authenticity indicated in the chef's story on his profile advertised on the placemat. Correct price for the ingredients used. Good venue

Lunch: one portion of bamboo prawns and mushrooms, one portion of spicy beef, one shared portion of spicy eggplant, one shared beer, one shared water. A plate and a half and the minimum drink per person basically for the modest sum of €29 per person. Totally average food, not bad but nothing that could remotely justify such a bill for very common dishes. Approximate and infrequent service. Excellent for those who have no interest in eating well for a fair price.

…anche se l’accoppiata cibo e libri non è ben spiegata. ☺️ Il menù è quello tipico cinese ma il pezzo forte sono i ravioli e i bao che la fanno da padrone. Tutto molto gustoso anche se non si tratta, a mio avviso, dei piatti più buoni cinesi mai mangiati a Milano. Da riprovare comunque!
