The location, on the outside, does not do it justice, but on the other hand it is located in a commercial context which is a bit "confusing", a detail of absolutely little importance, once you enter you are welcomed with courtesy and professionalism, and so on all the time at the table, quality of the raw materials and originality of the proposals, make Shabu the best proposal found in the area, well done everyone.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for almost 5 years, and in all honesty, I can say that I have found quality at the right price, also considering what the competition offers...The flavors of these dishes are a satisfaction for the palate, for those who really know distinguish the quality and presentation of the dish from the typical quantity sushi (the one that practically 90% of the competition offers). At Shabu you will find a young and dynamic team, led by an owner with LOTS OF EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM, ready to entertain his customers. I find the ALL YOU CAN EAT solution, with 12 dishes, an excellent idea, to give people the opportunity to savor the taste of different courses but without overeating. Here are my 12 dishes... Always a guarantee, for me the best sushi in the area. Various choices (even for vegetarians or for those who don't like raw food), all very good and the fish really high quality and cooked very well! Some slightly savory dishes in my opinion (but it depends on habits), variety even for those who are always attentive to figure like myself. I often order takeaway, this evening we were there: nice, very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Good, for an all-you-can-eat. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. They were extremely helpful and understanding, despite our rush, and despite us messing up the orders.

Very nice place, extremely kind and competent service, plenty of suggestions for the guest, relaxed and classy atmosphere. Food was excellent as well as the wine, and the suggestion for the amaro simply wonderful. Recommended!

Particular place, well looked after, friendly staff and refined Japanese food

The strong point is the quality of the food. Unfortunately some dishes you can only order once but there is a lot of variety so it's not a big problem. The super cute waitress. The environment is not the most beautiful I've seen but absolutely adequate... And who cares, the important thing is to eat well. Super ceviche, top gunkan.

We had dinner with ayce formula Nice atmosphere inside, tables a little too small The waitress tells us that we can only order 4 dishes at a time per person (but that we can then eat as much as we want) and that there are some dishes with a surcharge but that they are few. I didn't like this last thing at all, there were so many dishes with a surcharge, even certain categories (see tacos) were only in this version. I prefer perhaps the limit of 1 per person but if I go to an ayce I don't want to pay then like an à la carte menu. In any case we order 4 dishes each, some good, others just rice I'm sorry to say but without flavor with fish not received Moral: we were already full without having actually tried almost anything. Already full but not satisfied and eager to try something else, I order again, avoiding any possibility of more rice... ceviche and chicken with cashews: spectacular! They certainly raised my rating but I left a little disappointed, there is great potential (and I hope you will accept the criticism) but I would propose it as an à la carte restaurant and I would remove from the menu all those apparently inviting dishes which however are just rice for to satiate Personally, if I were to go back again, I would order exactly and only those 2 à la carte dishes and I would definitely go away happy.
