Nice place, but the attention of the waiters is worst. Waiting for 15 min, nobody came, nobody welcomed on the entrance. The food is good, not excelent but good. The draft local beer is perfect.

The pastries were so good, we returned for a second round later in the day. The coffee was fantastic as well and the staff was really kind. In my opinion you should definitely stop by when you're in San Gimignano.

Arrived at 11:00 a.m. We had the dish of the day (pici with garlic and tomato sauce) and papardelle with wild boar ragout. Excellent!

Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo pomeridiano con i nostri 3 cani in visita al borgo e la signora ci ha illustrato i loro dolci, vini e birre artigianali. Consiglio questo locale per la loro gentilezza e per i prodotti fatti da loco come il panpepato un dolce veramente buonissimo. Ottima qualità prezzo

17/09/2025: The restaurant pleasantly surprised us. We ate delicious Tuscan dishes, including dessert, homemade fig and walnut cake.
09/09/2025: A true taste of Italy! Authentic, home-cooked Italian dishes full of tradition and flavor. The atmosphere is warm and truly Italian, making you feel like you’re dining in a family-run trattoria in the heart of Italy. Excellent service and incredibly friendly staff make the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! You have to visit at least once in your life — and don’t forget to make a reservation!

03/10/2025: Very nice and friendly Service. The meals were delicious, the restaurant had a nice ambiente.
28/09/2025: Stopped by on our last night in Siena. The food was okay, but not something you would brag about. The street is atmospheric, but unfortunately that was the best part. After having some fantastic dining in Tuscany (and smaller total bills), this was definitely underwhelming. Then, seeing a €2.50 charge for tap water on the bill didn't help improve the perception of this primarily feeding off the steady stream of tourists. All in all, it's just ok and for the price we paid - there are much better places to go.
