Bo Russ In Acqui terme

After two years we returned for dinner at Bo Rus: our high expectations were all confirmed! The tagliolini with hare ragù and the cardoon lasagnetta are excellent. The braised cheek is excellent, the pumpkin pie with white truffle flakes is extraordinary. The desserts are very good. We accompanied dinner with a delicious bottle of Dolcetto d'Acqui. Excellent value for money. The service is always very attentive, fast and professional. We will definitely be back...hopefully not in two years!!

Se passo da Acqui mi fermo sempre qui per una cena o un pranzo, ci sono piatti sia della cucina tradizionale piemontese che non. Uno dei migliori per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Uno dei miei preferiti in assoluto.

Locale informale e nello stesso tempo elegante. Personale gentile. Cucina di livello. Personalmente ho gustato una calamarata stupenda. Ci torneremo molto volentieri.

Wonderful location, delicious menu items, and the most excellent service. My family and I really enjoyed a special evening out and were so glad that we chose Bo Russ.

Excellent trattoria with typical dishes and fair prices

Restaurant with typical dishes, ideal for both business lunches and family lunches.

Not bad but it must have been a coincidence my vegetable pie was bland as were the side vegetables and potatoes. Overall sufficient.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Acqui Terme... friendly and helpful staff.... definitely worth trying....
