So, then. Very beautiful, particular location, certainly not an ordinary place. It would be worth a visit, if it were just for that. I ate well overall, but honestly I didn't eat anything that was unforgettable or that would make me think, in the future, “ohh what a lovely dinner! It was worth the thought of spending 200 euros between two that evening!”. No, definitely not, I've eaten better in several trattorias. The staff are kind and want to set a tone, but oh well if I spend 7 euros on a cover charge and you want to be chic, at least be impeccable... and if I spend 20/30 euros for a first course, at least let it be tasty! Good tortello, but the saffron was almost imperceptible... my garganello with white ragout tasted of little. Again, all good, but in my opinion not worth the price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it

Siamo tornati dopo un po’ che non ci andavamo, devo dire che sono sempre speciali.
Servizio sempre impeccabile.
Abbiamo cenato a base di pesce, il crudo buonissimo, il rombo con i carciofi squisito. Per noi parlare de i dolci, veramente eccezionali.

Despite myself, I am forced to revise my review downwards, the food was good, not exceptional, I liked the tortellini drop d'ora more, probably because I had fewer expectations, the schnitzel Bolognese was also good.
Service dramatically lacking in professionalism, more suitable for a pizzeria than a restaurant.
Bordering on the ridiculous when I was forced to block the waiter who wanted to take away my unfinished dish!

The golden drop tortellini are good but not sensational, the beef fillet is good but not sensational, monumental raw fish of the highest quality and attention to every detail, desserts definitely above average, excellent wine list (Super decanted Amarone!)

After the advice of a friend, I come to eat here for dinner to try this place. Let me start by saying that there is no real menu online with all the dishes and prices, so we couldn't know what the place was like and what would await us. We enter, very very nice place, very kind and professional staff, as they have been throughout the evening, but what we didn't expect were the prices and the very classic and well-kept type of place. However, we take a plate of tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù, €20, whose ragù was not even as tasty and strong as I like, tortellini gold drop (with saffron and raw ham), €25, but here too, flavor of light saffron and pieces of raw meat could be counted on the fingers of one hand. For the second course we take the Bolognese cutlet, €25, and honestly, even though it was veal, I didn't like it much, there was too much of a parmesan note that dominated everything. The most absurd and embarrassing thing, in my opinion, was the cover price, €7 each... and then one wonders why!!! There are many other restaurants that charge a few euros less and in any case you have a super professional and friendly service, here boo, €7 and there wasn't even fresh bread or I don't know what else to justify it at least but just some breadsticks and witches.
So I'll start by saying that the quality is good, the tagliatelle itself, as well as the tortellini were good, but in my opinion the ragù didn't drive me crazy and even less the seasoning of the tortellini, cutlet oh well everyone prefers it in their own way, but honestly paying €108 with 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert and water I find it really excessive. I would give 3.5 stars because the quality was not exactly average for Bolognese restaurants, but I don't even feel like giving 4 given both the quality-price ratio and the condiments that didn't satisfy us. The thing we liked most was the trifle, really excellent and with a balanced flavour.

Dopo il consiglio di un amico, vengo a mangiare qui a cena per provare questo posto. Premetto che online non c’è un menu reale con tutti i piatti e con i prezzi, quindi non potevamo sapere com’era il posto e cosa ci avrebbe aspettato. Entriamo, posto molto molto carino, personale molto gentile e professionale, come lo è stato per tutta la sera, però ciò che non ci aspettavamo sono stati i prezzi e appunto il tipo di posto molto classico e curato. Comunque prendiamo un piatto di tagliatelle con ragù bolognese, 20€, il cui ragù non era nemmeno così tanto saporito e forte come piace a me, tortellini goccia d’oro (con zafferano e prosciutto crudo), €25, ma anche qui, sapore di zafferano leggero e pezzetti di crudo si potevano contare sulle dita di una mano. Di secondo prendiamo la cotoletta alla bolognese, €25, e sinceramente, anche se di vitello, comunque non mi è piaciuta gran che, c’era troppo la nota di parmigiano che sovrastava tutto. La cosa più assurda ed imbarazzante, a mio parere, è stato il prezzo del coperto, €7 a testa… e lì che uno si chiede il perché!!! Ci sono tanti altri ristoranti che fanno pagare qualche euro meno e comunque si ha un servizio super professionale e cordiale, qui boo, 7€ e non c’era nemmeno del pane fresco o non so che altro per giustificare un minimo la cosa ma solo dei grissini e streghette.
Allora premetto che la qualità è buona, le tagliatelle in sé, così come i tortellini erano buoni, però a mio parere il ragù non mi ha fatto impazzire e tanto meno il condimento dei tortellini, cotoletta vabbè ognuno la preferisce a modo suo, però sinceramente pagare 108€ con 2 primi, 1 secondo, 1 dolce e dell’acqua lo trovo davvero esagerato. Darei 3.5 stelle perché la qualità non era proprio nella media dei ristoranti bolognesi però non me la sento nemmeno di dare 4 visto sia il rapporto qualità prezzo e sia i condimenti che non ci hanno soddisfatto

Stopping while passing by, we found by chance this beautiful trattoria which offers truly excellent first courses. Polite and friendly staff. Too bad we had to leave by car and couldn't taste the wines! It will be for the next occasion😁
