Bit Bloom in Town In Molfetta

Innovative pizzeria restaurant. Unusual and interesting selection of pizzas.

This is the second time I've eaten something from the Pole Pole brand, and it's always pizza. The menu doesn't usually feature traditional pizzas, except for the Margherita, which comes in two different versions. So if that's what you're looking for, I wouldn't recommend this place. Otherwise, if you're open to experimenting, I'd recommend it, because they have a great selection of gourmet pizzas, all made to perfection! Delicious and high-quality. The first time, I ordered a takeout pizza with a friend, while the second time, we went to the bistro's winter location and were very pleased with the atmosphere. The real highlight are the tables with a central tile with cute or funny phrases. My friend and I had reservations, we arrived a little late and were made to wait a bit, but whatever, in the end, we were at fault, so no problem. The service was excellent, nothing to complain about. My only complaint is the price: the pizzas are certainly high-quality and highly creative, but they are expensive (I'm talking about pizzas because I've never had the chance to try other items on the menu so far).

I've been there twice, and both times I've found the staff to be welcoming and attentive, a very important aspect. I waited several minutes to get to my table despite having a reservation, but that can happen. The service, which I requested, was excellent, with a tasting of the oil and homemade raisin bread. Regarding the pizza, the fresh, chopped tomatoes on the base are a plus, and they're not greasy or cloying. (Margherita del Maestro) The space is a bit small, but it's quaint.

I stopped by Pole Pole after reading the Gambero Rosso review. I must say my expectations were fully met. The location is very elegant and meticulously maintained. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch. The pizza is exceptional. It's delicious on the palate and easy to digest. I think the dough is left to rise slowly. The fried pastries and desserts are delicious. The staff is exceptionally kind, and the owner is a distinguished man with an old-fashioned charm. I'll definitely be back on one of my future trips. Additionally, Pole Pole's music selection is pleasantly sophisticated and harmoniously accompanies the dinner, making the experience simply perfect.

We visited this restaurant and had a great time. The location offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is varied, and the staff is helpful. We opted for appetizers, which I enjoyed: pizza and poke. The quality of the dishes was good. The price was average.
