12/05/2026: A very central, young, and high-quality restaurant. Both the wood-fired pizza and the restaurant are excellent. Special mention goes to the mascarpone (pure poetry!), the AIC certification, and, above all, the splendid view from the outdoor balcony overlooking the ridge in the summer!
06/03/2026: I've been here twice during my stay in Fanano. The staff has always been extremely helpful, kind, and friendly, so no complaints there. The location is beautiful, and perhaps because it's low season, I didn't encounter any problems.
The food was excellent; both the tortellini in broth and the truffle tortellini were truly amazing, though the polenta with wild boar was a bit less so, which, to be honest, was quite bland. As for desserts, nothing particularly good; the sweet salami wasn't anything special and was so hard it was almost impossible to eat with cutlery. Otherwise, I appreciated the courtesy of the waitress while you waited, and the amaro at the end of the meal, which was clearly artisanal and well-made. In my opinion, this is a place that, with just a few tweaks, could become perfect!
