Merizzi is a delicious Italian food restaurant. Consider making reservations for this busy restaurant after riding the Bernina Express from Switzerland to Tirano. The patio is nice and the servers are attentive and accommodating. If you are sensitive to the environment, consider sitting inside. There is noise pollution from the many motorcycles in Tirano. If you are seated next to someone smoking, hopefully the wind is blowing away from your table. The house made buckwheat noodles are delicious in the pizzaccaria. Vegetarian options are available.

Had my dinner here during my trip with Bernina Express. Order steak with truffle fries and gelato for dessert. You may need a reservation during dinner time, so come early if you don't wanna wait.

I waited for my foods more than 40 minutes. When the food came, it was not as expected. The spaghetti, clams and shrimp were not fresh at all. They had a bad smell. The spaghetti noodles were very hard. The service staff was good.

Tirano was the endpoint of our Bernina Express trip and this restaurant was the closest option for us. So wie had dinner here which was absolutely excellent. Very different and gorgeous interpretation of lasagne and bruschetta. Excellent! The younger of the waiters had her second day - which lead to some extra waiting time after the startet because the cutlery was missing ;-) But that was not a real problem - we have all started at some time, right?! Breakfast the next morning was also very good.

Went on a Wednesday. 7pm. Great service, subtle but communicative and helpful. Burgers for my two sons - a big success! Everything in them. Clean plates; plenty of food but they still would have licked the plates if they were allowed!! The summer prawns my wife enjoyed were fabulous, tasty and moreish. I had the bbq skewer which was plentiful and the roast potatoes it came with delicious. Service was great. I don’t understand the total mix in reviews, some 1* and some 5*. For us it was definitely a 5* dinner and a great end to our holiday in Italy.

Nos hospedamos no hotel Tirano Eco Rooms e o café da manhã era servido neste restaurante. Atendimento excelente farto e tudo muito gostoso. Recomendo.

¡Qué restaurante tan increíble! Gran elección de comidas y vino. Servicio fantástico y un ambiente muy agradable. Tomamos un entrante de sarro de bistec seguido de pizza. Ambos fueron magníficos y no podíamos fallar. Sin duda recomendaría visitar si estás en Tirano. Muy cerca de la estación de tren a solo 5 minutos a pie
