Marco is an excellent host. He offers a culinary experience not just a meal. His menu offers an incredible diversity to satisfy every visitor. Not only are the menu options perfectly paired but Marco personally recommends a wine that pairs well with each selection. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the gelato! I have travelled all of Italy and own a home there. His gelato is hands down the absolute best I’ve ever had. If you are looking for an experience off the beaten path, try 53040 in Cetona, Italy. The setting in this ancient village in the background accents the experience with a flair of Italian culture and truly Tuscan cuisine!

My family and I were staying in Cetona from Canada. I have Celiac disease which can make eating a little more challenging in new places. We specifically chose the Pizzeria for its gluten free options and they did NOT disappoint!! From the appetizer to the pasta to the dessert this was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had during my time Italy. The atmosphere was cozy and oozed local charm, the service was wonderful. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend!!

A wonderful experience!
We were immediately greeted with great kindness and friendliness.
The restaurant is very elegant and refined, with outdoor seating available.
The menu is very interesting and original.
They offer a wide range of gluten-free dishes (pasta, burgers, pizza, and desserts), making them unique in the town and the surrounding area.
It's truly the ideal place for celiacs!
The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail are excellent.
I highly recommend the Chianino burger: we tried it with both regular and gluten-free bread, and it was truly excellent.
The desserts were also exceptional!
We were very satisfied; it was a very relaxing and pleasant dinner.
Thank you and many compliments to the owners for being professional and always attentive and helpful to their customers!

Each course was very delicious, it was an explosion of tastes with each bite. The pizza caprese and the Vinsanto dessert was so good, we had to come back!

When the quality of the ingredients meets the expert hand of the chef and the intelligent management of the dining room, the result is a masterpiece of an evening! Every course was top-notch: a feast for the eyes and the palate.
We wisely let ourselves be guided in our choice of wine: the Barbanera "Gigino 80" proved to be a fitting complement to each course.
Last but not least, the restaurant is part of the AIC network, so celiacs like me can enjoy their meal with complete peace of mind, without ANY restrictions. A true gift!

2 avonden achter elkaar hier gegeten. Ik had dit adres gevonden toen ik naar glutenvrij in de buurt van ons vakantie adres zocht. De eerste avond een broodje hamburger op, het glutenvrije broodje was erg lekker en als totaal helemaal. De 2e avond een glutenvrije pizza, ook heerlijk.
De toetjes waren zelfs allemaal glutenvrij en lekker. Ze mogen ook het keurmerk van de Italiaanse coeliakievereniging gebruiken en dus officieel gecertificeerd.

Lunes de Pascua y pensamos en probar un restaurante en el que no habíamos estado antes. 53040 está lejos del bullicio de la plaza, pero a solo un corto paseo. Reservamos, pero no era necesario. Mucho espacio, demasiado. Pero el servicio y la comida era exquisito. La descripción principal en el título del restaurante es pizzería. Vinimos por pizza, pero muy inusualmente nos dijeron que teníamos que reservar no solo nuestra mesa, sino también nuestra pizza por adelantado! Así que no hay pizza, PERO el menú no pizza era atractivo y la comida cuando llegó era simplemente delicioso. Éramos cuatro y todos elegimos comidas diferentes y ninguno de nosotros se sintió decepcionado. Ravioles de calamar, galletas saladas de algas, pato con naranja fresca, pasta vegetal y el mejor pez monje que he comido. Interesante cerveza artesanal también. Perfecto
