We highly recommend this restaurant. The ingredients are top-quality, Marco is incredibly kind, and the chef is amazing, reinterpreting and innovating the best traditional Tuscan and Umbrian dishes. We had the garlic pastrignocchi, the calamari, and the amberjack. Everything was delicious. For dessert, we had the banana shortcrust pastry and the sage-scented stuffed apple. Delicious and a little surprising.

Marco is an excellent host. He offers a culinary experience not just a meal. His menu offers an incredible diversity to satisfy every visitor. Not only are the menu options perfectly paired but Marco personally recommends a wine that pairs well with each selection. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the gelato! I have travelled all of Italy and own a home there. His gelato is hands down the absolute best I’ve ever had. If you are looking for an experience off the beaten path, try 53040 in Cetona, Italy. The setting in this ancient village in the background accents the experience with a flair of Italian culture and truly Tuscan cuisine!

My family and I were staying in Cetona from Canada. I have Celiac disease which can make eating a little more challenging in new places. We specifically chose the Pizzeria for its gluten free options and they did NOT disappoint!! From the appetizer to the pasta to the dessert this was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had during my time Italy. The atmosphere was cozy and oozed local charm, the service was wonderful. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend!!

A wonderful experience! We were immediately greeted with great kindness and friendliness. The restaurant is very elegant and refined, with outdoor seating available. The menu is very interesting and original. They offer a wide range of gluten-free dishes (pasta, burgers, pizza, and desserts), making them unique in the town and the surrounding area. It's truly the ideal place for celiacs! The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail are excellent. I highly recommend the Chianino burger: we tried it with both regular and gluten-free bread, and it was truly excellent. The desserts were also exceptional! We were very satisfied; it was a very relaxing and pleasant dinner. Thank you and many compliments to the owners for being professional and always attentive and helpful to their customers! We will definitely be back!

Acogedor restaurante con una amplia selección de platos. La comida era muy buena y lo que hace que este restaurante sea diferente es que han puesto un poco de “borde” a la comida eligiendo otros ingrediens o sirviendo la comida de una manera nueva - aparte de restaurantes locales similares. Esto hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Realmente recomendable 👍🙏🏻
