From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness by the owners, whose warmth and professionalism made the experience even more special. The cuisine is a perfect balance between refinement and creativity, with dishes that surprise for their harmony of flavors and the quality of the raw materials. Among the proposals, the vegetal options stand out for their taste and refinement. We particularly appreciated an extraordinary first course: fresh pasta cappellini with cream of broad beans and artichokes, embellished with a crumble of Taggiasca olives, a perfectly balanced combination of flavors. To conclude, a delicate and enveloping dessert: tart with chestnut flour and pears, a dessert that celebrates authentic ingredients with great mastery.
