Le bistrot central est sans aucun doute une des plus belles adresses d'Aoste. Le cadre dépouillé est très accueillant et le chef, authentique maître de la cuisine italienne, revoit ca carte régulièrement pour le plus grand plaisir de ses visiteurs. Pates aux truffes, amatriciana, carbonara... tout est vraiment magnifique. Le tout accompagné d'un vin local toujours bien recommandé. Un must !

Very good food. A very good local pinot noir.
Great terrace. Far from the hustle and bustle of the center.

Located at the end of one of the tourist streets, this restaurant offers a welcoming service and delicious food. There's a wide selection of quality wines, including local ones, to choose from. Excellent value for money with the daily menu, which includes a glass of wine. Highly recommend!

A real favorite ! From arrival to departure from the restaurant we were won over. The dishes were delicious and if our stomachs could hold more, we would surely have tasted the entire menu. Whether it was the chef or the waitresses, everyone was adorable and attentive. We really recommend this restaurant, it's definitely worth it. Thanks again !
