Had the chance to dine once again at Bistrot Forte dei Marmi with my friends on Friday, the 26th of September 2025. This place serves the finest Italian cuisine, and I’ve been coming here since 2003 without ever being disappointed. Mr. David, the owner, always treats me with exceptional care. On this visit, I had the honor of meeting the entire Bistrot family—what a wonderful experience. I hope to visit this amazing restaurant often during my trips to Italy. Simply amazing, the 1 Michelin star is more than deserved, I give them almost 2 Michelin stars, all the dishes were exceptional, great flavor and umami was present in all.

The bill, in keeping with the quality and excellence of the venue, reflects the value of the experience. You don't come to the Bistrot just to eat well, but to be transported on a gastronomic journey, meticulously curated down to the last detail.

The best beef I've ever eaten. It was perfect.

The food was absolutely delicious! It all started with their signature olive oil — specially made from the family’s own farm, a blend of three types of olives. It was so unique and flavorful that it alone would make me come back again. We ordered the risotto, which wasn’t even on the menu but was kindly prepared by the chef upon the waiter’s suggestion — and it was excellent. The fried shrimp was tasty, and the cheese pasta was incredibly good. The service was outstanding — the waiters were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The only thing that didn’t impress me much was the dessert — a mascarpone-based sweet that was quite ordinary compared to the rest of the meal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with amazing food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jacobo provided an excellent service - food is excellent. Salt baked fish and oysters are a must!

We dined two nights in a row during the last days of our late-summer vacation, which we decided to spend at the Forte, in addition to our usual August stay. Congratulations to all the staff for their welcome, their kindness, and the beautiful table we reserved on the veranda both evenings. Excellent dishes, well-explained, and an extensive wine list, of course, in your great restaurant. But above all, thank you for the wonderful evenings of tranquility and serenity you gave us.
