Ieri sera ,con delle Amiche ( per loro era la prima volta che mangiavano qua) , ho avuto il piacere di poter assaporare una piccola parte dei piatti inseriti nel Nuovo Menù, in questo fantastico ristorante da me già frequentato , dove hai la possibilità di gustare, oltre a un ottima pizza napoletana ,dei piatti veramente succulenti... Un connubio di gusti e sapori che legano la cucina Valtellinese con quella Partenopea... Come antipasto Triglia fritta dai sapori Antichi...non potete capire l esplosione di gusto per il palato... Primo piatto Calamarata del Sud...sublime... A seguire Coniglio all' Ischitana...delicatissimo e di una morbidezza unica... Per terminare in dolcezza Essenza di Pistacchio...un dessert ricercato e diverso dal solito.. Tutto praticamente perfetto... Un grande complimento a tutto lo Staff che trasmette con amore e passione quello che noi abbiamo avuto il piacere di gustare e assaporare. La Semplicità Ricercata a portata di mano... Consigliatissimo

Super good pizza just like in Naples

Neapolitan pizza in Morbegno VERY GOOD, rich in seasoning and light dough. Excellent winter 23 pizza. Super recommended word of Neapolitan. Also recommended for an aperitif.

A place specializing mainly in Neapolitan pizza, which however does not disdain traditional Neapolitan dishes such as spaghetti with clams and scialatielli with seafood. Long leavening, digestible pizza dough.

I have been to Bistronomia several times in the last year and the quality both in terms of food and service is always perfect, not a mistake either on the part of the kitchen or on the part of the waiters who are always kind, friendly and ready to accommodate every request. The pizzas are truly delicious and the desserts entice you even before eating them due to the accuracy and beauty of the presentation, truly original and studied down to the smallest detail. Working in the restaurant sector I have no criticism for any dish and the desire to return, when possible, is always there.
