The pizza is excellent and the owners are extremely kind and professional, demonstrating great competence in their work. I have always had a great time and I highly recommend visiting the place during the week, as Saturday nights are often crowded.

We went to Bistronomia to eat a few days ago and I have to say it's a shame I can't give 6/7 stars, the service and cuisine were truly excellent, I'll definitely go back.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante ieri sera con un gruppo di amici. Avevamo prenotato per quattro persone, ma alla fine siamo arrivati in sei: i proprietari sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili, e ci hanno cambiato tavolo senza alcun problema. L’atmosfera è molto accogliente. Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze che ci sono arrivate subito: buonissime!! Torneremo sicuramente!

25/06/2025: My compliments to the new management. Saturday night a dinner with friends, excellent food in an environment with attention to every detail. Friendly staff, fast service. What more can I say? Keep it up, we will definitely be back.
23/06/2025: A fundamental place for Madesimo and Campodolcino reopens. A beautiful place that deserves a stop if you are in the area. I suggest the new managers to take care of the gastronomic proposals because the competition is high. Ps, I prefer the pizzoccheri della Valtellina

29/04/2025: Ci sono stato a pranzo con la mia fidanzata. Locale rustico molto ampio, bell'accoglienza e servizio gentile! Ci siamo divisi un piatto di sciatt con insalata poi per me ravioli ripieni di carne su letto di casera fuso e per lei pizza nera alla margherita. Piatti molto molto buoni e abbondanti! Conto onesto. Consigliato!
