Each dish is a journey into the authentic flavors of this wonderful region: from the appetizers rich in Mediterranean aromas, to the homemade pasta seasoned with tasty sauces, up to the meat and fish main courses that tell the story of tradition with a touch of passion. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the careful preparation enhances every single flavour. We particularly appreciated the abundance of portions and the excellent quality-price ratio. The Bistrò Salentino is not just a restaurant where you can eat well, but a place where you can rediscover the warmth of hospitality and the richness of a unique gastronomic culture. It's an experience we highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic taste of Puglia in the capital. We will definitely return to let ourselves be won over by their authenticity once again

Small but welcoming place where you can taste real Salento food. Friendly and helpful staff.

I recently went to this place with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. Nothing to criticize about the owner and staff: they were very kind, reserving a comfortable space for me with enough space to put a high chair and "park" the stroller of a couple of friends. I will immediately specify that the quality of the food and wine is undoubtedly very good: you can feel that they are fresh products and prepared on the spot. However, I have something to say about some aspects of the service that didn't really convince me and I'll mention two episodes specifically: 1) we asked for an additional portion of hummus at the start of dinner so that the child could eat a little something while waiting for the pasta to be cooked: we were told, almost with embarrassment, that they couldn't bring a large portion but only a small portion (the small aperitif bowls that they bring as an appetizer). We hadn't asked for large quantities since it was a 1 and a half year old girl... the answer given seemed out of place to me. 2) The portions of the appetizer. I had requested the day before to bring some mixed appetizers to place in the center of the table. In my opinion (and in the opinion of my friends) some portions were a little skimpy compared to the number of guests: just to give a few examples, two slices of focaccia for 8 people seemed a little small to me, as did the bruschetta that we had to divide into several pieces or the sauces to accompany the breadsticks at the beginning (a few small bowls). Although the quality is excellent, I found the price a little too high. Personally I don't know if I will go back.

Puglia in centocelle. Had lunch today at the Bistró, it was a very pleasant surprise, I lived in Puglia for 10 years and I must say that with great surprise I found the flavours, hospitality and care of that land. Excellent food, unquestionable product quality, the Bombette made me fall in love. Truly well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Very nice and welcoming place, very helpful staff and food.. well what can I say... Very good... I still have my mouth watering from the bruschetta... and the bowlers with parmigiana then 😋😋 absolutely highly recommended place 👍.
