I pass by often and have always looked at this little place from the outside. Finally, I decided to make a reservation. The reservation service is excellent. You can do everything on the website, and requests are answered almost immediately. The place is small, so reservations are required. The atmosphere is welcoming and great. It's quiet, with the tables not crowded together, so you can chat in peace. The gentleman who runs the place is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is excellent. You can sample Apulian specialties. The price is reasonable. I was very satisfied.

We were greeted professionally and with a smile by the owner, Mario, a Salento native who moved to Rome for love. We ordered three aperitivo menus, plus a portion of the famous "bombette," all accompanied by a basket of homemade bread, a delight to discover. Authentic flavors, delicious meat and vegetables, all dishes bursting with flavor to delight our palate. The cheesecake (a true homemade delight) was fabulous for those who love a sweet finish. Caffè Quarta, a true Lecce native, is for those who love a coffee after dinner. We will gladly return to this quiet corner of Salento in the Tuscolana area.

We had a lovely dinner at Bistro Salentino. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly, making us feel welcome. A fun surprise was that when we connected to the WiFi, one of us won a free glass of wine, such a nice touch! Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend it.

Highly recommended 👏🏻I'll start by saying that I'm from Salento, so I know their products well. I've tried the bombette and the rustico, and I can say with absolute certainty that I've never tasted anything so good, not even in my hometown! I'll be back as soon as possible because their delicacies are truly special ❤️

We've been here before and had a wonderful meal, the quality of the food was excellent, we're going back tonight to try something else!!

Sono stata più di una volta in questo ristorante e ne sono uscita sempre estremamente soddisfatta. Il primo motivo è nella qualità dei prodotti e della loro preparazione... davvero fuori dal comune! Ma adoro anche l'ambiente, che rispetta quello di un vero bistrot: accogliente, conviviale, informale, ma con una sua eleganza, che emerge anche nell'approccio del personale e nel presentare i piatti. Si adatta ad un pasto in famiglia, con amici, ma anche ad un appuntamento romantico. Consiglio davvero di provarlo!
