Puglia in centocelle. Had lunch today at the Bistró, it was a very pleasant surprise, I lived in Puglia for 10 years and I must say that with great surprise I found the flavours, hospitality and care of that land. Excellent food, unquestionable product quality, the Bombette made me fall in love. Truly well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The place is small, but welcoming, very well looked after and as soon as you enter you breathe in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very kind, helpful, friendly and never intrusive, they immediately make you feel at ease. As for the menu, we wanted to try an Apulian restaurant, because we had already tried a couple of them but they hadn't left us with great memories, so, convinced by the excellent reviews, we decided to try this one and we did well because everything was really delicious. . There were 3 of us and as a first course we took two pucce (the Cegliese was exceptional, the bread was delicious, crunchy and the raw materials used were certainly of high quality), and an orecchiette with turnip greens which is among the best I've ever had. never eaten, tasty, orecchiette cooked to perfection, truly excellent. For the second course we took two homemade capocollo bombettes and Brindisi-style meatballs. The bowlers are delicious, while the meatballs are the dish that we liked it less, it was probably our mistake too as we had imagined they were normal meatballs, but instead they taste different from the ones classic meatballs and they take some getting used to. As a side dish we had some baked potatoes, which were also excellent, while we had the wine recommended and we really appreciated the choice. Finally the desserts: we took two brownies, which were also delicious, of the right consistency and very tasty. We ended with 3 coffees and 3 bitters. The price seemed really excellent to us, especially considering the quality of the dishes that were brought to us: 3 of us spent 43 euros each for everything listed above, plus water and a focaccia. We usually spend more money and don't eat as well as we ate at this place. We will definitely return, also because in addition to eating very well, we also really liked the friendly atmosphere that the people who served us gave us. Congratulations and see you next time!

Luogo super accogliente, personale gentilissimo, cibo eccezionale, prezzi onesti. Stra consigliato, gustoso e rilassante.

Muy buena comida y vino de Salento. Les importa la comida. Precios medios y buen personal. No es fácil aparcar. Recomendado.
