A special thanks to Mario, the owner, always kind and attentive: he made us feel at home. Impeccable service, perfect timing, and great passion in everything they do. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent Salento cuisine in Rome (with a touch of authentic Apulian hospitality). We'll be back!

Last night we had dinner at Bistro Salentino and it was a fantastic experience. The welcome from Mario, the owner, made us feel right at home: kind, attentive, and always smiling. The dishes were simply delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and embodying the authentic flavor of Salento. Every course was meticulously prepared, from the fish to the pasta dishes to the desserts. The restaurant is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing, quality dinner. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor authentic Salento cuisine in Rome!

Highly recommended 👏🏻I'll start by saying that I'm from Salento, so I know their products well. I've tried the bombette and the rustico, and I can say with absolute certainty that I've never tasted anything so good, not even in my hometown! I'll be back as soon as possible because their delicacies are truly special ❤️

We've been here before and had a wonderful meal, the quality of the food was excellent, we're going back tonight to try something else!!

If there had been more stars, I would have given them more. The restaurant is delicious, intimate, and elegant. Mario is welcoming as only Apulians can be. The food is amazing! The authenticity of the dishes and the attention to detail in the ingredients used are evident. I went because I was curious, and I will return (soon) with many friends to introduce them to this place. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is very refined, the service impeccable, and the staff is attentive without being intrusive, always ready to suggest the perfect combination of flavors. The cuisine is authentic, traditional, and of the highest quality! Occasionally, there are specials off the menu, which are always a wonderful surprise.

The Bistrò Salentino does not disappoint even at aperitif time! Varied food, for all tastes and needs (vegetarians and otherwise), quality and abundant. We had a bottle of white wine served very fresh but they also prepare cocktails. If we add the already known friendliness, hospitality and professionalism of the owners I would say that only the Apulian sea is missing!! Go there!!
