We had the great pleasure of enjoying a fish dinner at the Egetmann Bistrot in Tramin – and it was a culinary highlight from start to finish! Each course was lovingly prepared, perfectly balanced, and of top-notch quality. The fish was cooked to perfection, wonderfully fresh, and served with creative side dishes and sophisticated sauces. Add to that the team's warm hospitality, the cozy atmosphere, and a fantastic wine selection perfectly complemented the menu. You can simply feel the passion that goes into cooking and serving here. A huge compliment to the kitchen and service – we'll definitely be back!
