For me, they're always the best after the homemade ones. Every time I go to Sardinia, I stop by to pick up at least six trays for family and friends. The shop in San Sperate is better stocked, but I missed the Pardule here. It's a shame. Excellent desserts and excellent craftsmanship.

Without a doubt, the best pardule in Sardinia. Soft, with a delicate yet intense flavor. One of the very few still making pirichitus. Near the Pinuccio Scuola museum. It's always about art.

01/07/2026: Excellent experience. The restaurant offers various set menu options, but we decided to order à la carte. It was my girlfriend and I. She had a meat appetizer and a meat main course, and I had a seafood one. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, the flavors exceptional, the pictures speak for themselves.
