Birrificio Gregorio In Parma

Suffice it to say that they make some of the best craft beers I've ever had. For a brewery, I think that's already enough to deserve excellence. The food offers a full menu for a sandwich shop and a very limited one for a restaurant, but it's truly delicious. The place isn't exceptional, neither for its location (parking is a nightmare) nor for the venue itself (too hot and cramped).

If you want to eat a great burger and drink great beer, then Birrificio Gregorio is the right choice! Personally, I love the location: it has a slightly rock/industrial feel, low lighting, plenty of tables but not too many, making it suitable for both group and couples dinners. The menu offers a wide selection of burgers, each better than the last, with new additions depending on the season. The names are very fun, and the pairings are SUPER and never predictable! The beers are all craft and will please any palate. The appetizer options are also excellent (especially the chicken wings). The staff is young, super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. I recommend always booking (perhaps well in advance if you're with a large group) as the place is always busy and operates two shifts, if I'm not mistaken, to ensure a proper flow of people. The bill is absolutely in line with the type of place and the products offered. Birrificio Gregorio is always a guarantee!

Decent craft beer, sophisticated sandwiches with too many ingredients, and decidedly overpriced. There's even a cover charge.

Excellent sandwiches and equally excellent beers. The beers are craft beers made by them, and the prices are good, still within current standards. The sandwich is also well-made with top-quality ingredients. The only flaw, for my taste, was the chips included with the sandwich. They were chips, very good, but not really to my taste. The dessert was also delicious.

A brewery in Parma near the city center. I've tried it several times, both sit-down and takeout, especially since I live just a minute away. Delicious sandwiches and beers, excellent service, and a warm pub atmosphere! Highly recommended!

I'd say it was a great experience in every way, the only problem was parking...there aren't many...

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 E C C E L L E N T 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Well-kept atmosphere, soft/pleasant lighting. Wide selection of sandwiches and beers 🍺 Sandwich 🍔, not the usual industrial bread.. Hamburgers, thick and quality meat. Place also suitable for groups of friends, I recommend booking. Possibility of eating at the counter too.

The burgers are good, but what they come with needs to be reconsidered. The same goes for the dishes.
