The beer is delicious, the food is good, but the service is slow and not attentive. We waited longer and longer to place a new order.

The burgers are really good, the wait is noticeable, then let's say that the smell that permeates the clothes is not really pleasant

Fabulous venue! Congratulations for the place and the food, Jurassic pork really amazing! Free water is a great idea! Perhaps the only flaw is that the place is not in the center and the area is not the best but it is highly recommended!

Very good craft beer and slightly too salty burgers!

A place not to be missed for lovers of craft beer which, like all craft things, is from another planet. I stopped in for a quick beer at the counter... in the end I had two: the excellent "classic" Valera and the surprising Lady Rauch. Compliments

I discovered the Birrificio way back in 2019 and since then it has been my trusted burger place. Food: quality and refined ingredients. Bread made by them, real meat and not the typical frozen meat burgers. Menu constantly updated and reevaluated. The home-produced beers are excellent. They probably have the best cheesecake in Parma. Service: I've always had a good experience. Helpful staff. It's unthinkable to expect waiting times at fast-food restaurants, especially on Saturday evenings, but I admit that a second person would be appreciated for orders. Atmosphere: fantastic, with suggestive lighting and excellent music. The open kitchen (in a small corner) and the beer facilities are beautiful. Sore points: there are 3. First of all, the management of the spaces: it is a limited structure and I find it horrible that you are compressed almost without being able to move (I'm not exaggerating) in the busiest moments. Unfortunately, some tables should be removed to make it easier for both customers and dining room staff. Parking: not much to say, non-existent but unfortunately not much to do. Prices: I'm always in favor of paying for quality and this is definitely the case. However, I believe there is a bit of an imbalance in the quantity-price ratio: either the quantities are increased (not sandwiches, but for example chips or side dishes) or the price is decreased. For me (and I say this as a fan) the prices are 1-2 euros too high per item, considering how much is included. It seems bad to me to disfigure it because you don't want to add a few extra chips or for some side dishes that always have a rigorously counted number of pieces... This does not apply to desserts which in my opinion have the right price: for me the cheesecake is worth every single euro. Indeed, compared to the average of the places I think it is one of the few cases where the money for the desserts is really worth what you eat. I will definitely return, as I always have.

Not a brewery but a brewery with lots of machinery, therefore excellent beer, also refined food and quality products, the girl who served us was really competent and very attentive, really good, very pleasant evening

I got a giant takeout burger. Good bread, meat too, I would have preferred slightly slower cooking but it's a personal taste. The sandwich was hot which is not always a given. Prices are high but all in all it's like that everywhere...Good beer.. The only note is maybe a couple of napkins because I didn't have any and I got a lot of dirt! I give 5 stars in ultra trust these guys are young, kind and polite.

Undoubtedly excellent sandwiches Too bad about the progressive price increase of the sandwiches. Instead of taking 3 per month we take 1... but that's okay I definitely recommend it
