Fantastic experience! Chef Nicola Batavia welcomed us and made us feel at home, with his charisma he involved us in his cooking and together with my friends we prepared a delicious risotto! Thank you so much Chef it was a unique and very pleasant experience!

We spended a great dinner and we cooked with Nicola Batavia. Exting idea. Unique! The “cicchetti” were so tasty. We spend 40€ each for 6 dishes tasting menu and house wine . We love eggs . This bistro is magic compare of the others in the city ( best quality price )

Ho conosciuto questo ristorante per caso, un regalo smartbox , e ho scelto "L Birichin" perché abito a Chivasso.Locale accogliente, ordinato .Il direttore di sala ,grande prestazione con noi, ci ha spiegato tutto , i dettagli, di ogni portata, con professionalità e competenza.Le portate uniche , sapori unici , posso dire di aver assaggiato cibi regali, che toccavano mille gusti, unici.Lo Chef poi , il sig Nicola Batavia, una leggenda , persona simpatica, alla mano , mai sul piedistallo, ma con noi, vicino al tavolo , a soddisfare ogni nostra curiosità. Lo consiglio certamente agli amanti del gusto e della cucina mondiale, perché lui ha girato il Mondo è ci fa assaggiare il Mondo.Alla prossima caro Chef, continua così

Conocimos al chef en Dubai y decidimos ir de vacaciones a Italia y visitarlo en Torino
La cena fue increíble. Un menú degustación completo con un montón de pequeñas sorpresas. el ambiente del restaurante es tranquilo y tiene un toque cálido. Visitamos la bodega. Increíble. Eres genial. Y además creo que la comida italiana es la mejor del mundo. Sabor muy real y original.
