A quaint place with convenient parking. Interesting menu with an endless selection of sauces and very interesting pairing suggestions.
The only flaw is the service: I tried to ask what the difference was between the regular and the smaller portion, and was told one was half the size of the other. When I asked more specifically, they said it was a regular adult portion. In the end, I got a portion of pasta weighing at least 200g. I'm not complaining, but if I had known, I would have ordered the smaller one so as not to waste food.
That alone ruined my lunch a bit...otherwise, everything was perfect!

We booked for 6... there's no denying that there's plenty of choice when it comes to sauces and pasta types... Generous portions but without art and part of the volume of the dish is also created by the cream... I didn't like the service either, nor my friends... very "cold" and spartan, troubled with paper and practical for cleaning... modest environment, large parking lot

Excellent experience at Edelweiss Bigoli! I went there for the first time in 2022 and had a great time. I returned yesterday and can confirm that the quality has remained unchanged. As the name suggests, this restaurant serves only a variety of pastas with a wide variety of sauces. You can choose between a full portion (which is very generous) and a smaller portion (which is a normal portion). The bigoli with duck ragù were delicious, but the short pasta with cream, leek, sausage, and cream deserves a special mention. I recommend making reservations, especially during the holidays when they're almost never available. I'll definitely be back!

I went to Bigoleria Edelweiss, a decidedly unusual and original restaurant: they only serve pasta dishes. The pasta selection is deliberately limited (bigoli, gnocchi, and tagliatelle), but the toppings are varied, from the classics to the rich and delicious. I had the bigoli with sausage and porcini mushrooms: truly delicious. Perfectly cooked pasta, flavorful and well-balanced sauce. The portions are enormous, so much so that I ate half right away and took the rest home... and it was delicious even later!
Ideal if you love properly made pasta and want to break away from the usual restaurant.
Highly recommended for those who are really hungry and love well-made pasta dishes 🍝

My husband and I went there for dinner a few nights ago. The owner who served us was really kind, and the food was delicious and plentiful! The homemade tiramisu was excellent! Overall, it'll definitely be a regular stop for us when we pass through Asiago!

I ate the best bigoli in the world at this restaurant... exceptional 🤩.
I recommend trying it at least once, but make sure to book in advance because it's always fully booked.

Oh my, what a feast! Here at Bigoleria Edelweiss, you'll find low prices and truly excellent food and beer... I can't wait to go back!
The only downside is that I tried calling the restaurant countless times (over several days, and always during opening hours) to make a reservation, but they never answered... Luckily, we found a table by going during opening hours, even though it was a Saturday!
Anyway, for those who can, I recommend making a reservation...
Don't miss this super restaurant in Asiago!
