Usciti dal museo della grande guerra 1915-1918 dopo una giornata piovosa, ci siamo ritrovati davanti a questo ristorante, devo dire veramente ottimo fanno solo primi piatti, ma sono eccezionali, noi abbiamo preso i bigoli con vari condimento e 3 birre.Piatti enormi cin super condimenti.ci riandrei volentieri.

La cucina offre 40 differenti condimenti, quaranta! E formati di pasta da abbinare: bigoli , paste tradizionali ecc noi abbiamo provato zucca e porri, erbe e limone, e molti altri… non ci si annoia alla Bigoleria. Le porzioni sono molto generose tanto è vero che abbiamo optato per la mezza porzione pienamente sufficiente. Personale gentile. Torneremo

Eaten by God. I took the yggdrasil bigoi....fantastic, the saffron cream and the flavor of the truffle were spectacular. Nice generous portions, fair price because you can taste the homemade pasta and first choice ingredients. Maybe the service could be improved on the factor of explaining the food and beers a little but that's fine too. If you pass by here I recommend you stop.

Restaurant very focused on first courses🍝
Possibility to choose the type of pasta (between 5 or 6 different types) and the seasoning, from a couple of dozen preparations available, from the classic ones such as garlic/oil/chili pepper or carbonara up to "gourmet" seasonings to try new things
The menu includes pasta/seasoning suggestions and recommended accompanying beer.
Of course, in fact the beer list 🍺 is very extensive, for all palates
The first courses are available in small portions (recommended for children or for those who want to stay a little light) or whole portions (suitable for satisfying the most demanding stomachs 😉)
Not too covered, better to call and book
The restaurant's parking is sufficient for the seats it manages 👌🏻
