I can't help but love the Bier Stube... Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious dishes, definitely among the best in Trieste.

We called at the last minute, eight people, without much hope... but just a minute before, eight people had canceled. It seemed like a plan from above. The food was excellent, as was the service.

We visited this small restaurant in the center of Trieste, with its welcoming and typically Bavarian atmosphere, and I must say it was a real pleasure! The service was friendly and professional, and the owner was very attentive to the needs of his customers. *The highlight*: the pork knuckle with potatoes was simply divine! The meat was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, and the baked potatoes were delicious. The dish was plentiful and satisfying, perfect for a cold day. *The atmosphere*: ​​the restaurant is small but very cozy, with typical German-Bavarian decorations that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You really feel like you're in Germany. *In summary*: a small place but big on quality and hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Good food with Austrian influences, very welcoming atmosphere and very friendly host.

A small but extremely welcoming and carefully decorated restaurant. The cuisine is traditional Trieste (Bohemian gnocco, patate in tecia, jota, etc.) with authentic dishes, as evidenced by the quality of the ingredients and the deliciousness of the dishes. There's also a selection of craft beers, on which the owner is happy to recommend. The homemade desserts are also delicious. The owners' kindness and professionalism are commendable, both in welcoming guests and in resolving any issues they may encounter. Definitely a place to return to and highly recommended for anyone visiting Trieste. Reservations are highly recommended.

I arrived alone on a Saturday evening, and even though they were busy, they let me sit. The food was divine, the drinks were fantastic, and the service was wonderful—what more can I say? Come here, you won't regret it.

Excellent Sunday lunch, very filling, and very friendly service. We tried a bit of everything; the pork shank was very good (perhaps a little lacking in sauce) and the Bohemian gnocchi were superb. The desserts were also good. A little pricey, but nothing special. Highly recommended.
