You enter a refined cellar, with barrel-vaulted ceilings, where there are small corners of atmosphere created with taste among books, bottles of wine, candles and design objects... Nila, the soul of the place, welcomes you with his kindness and professionalism, offering you plates of cured meats and cheeses paired with amazing local wines and beyond. It's a pleasure to come back and feel pampered. Thank you for always giving a special touch to my holiday days.

Ambiente simpatico, vino di ottima qualità (e si viene ben consigliati), varietà di cibo limitato a tre tipi (essenzialmente un accompagnamento al vino). Servizio attento.

This is my third time coming here within 3 days because the experience, wine, food, and people are all incredible. I cannot recommend this place more and is a must see if you ever are in Assisi. Best wine in Assisi.

Nila is the best. A very experienced wine taster, and is super kind. I could not recommend this place more to experience the wine from Assisi and all of Italy!!

Esta fue mi segunda vez en Bibenda, y fue tan mágica como la primera. Nila me recibió de nuevo con entusiasmo y se sentía como volver a casa. Su cálido corazón materno también brilla en su vino, me hizo cálido y acogedor como la Navidad.

Some fantastic wine in the dreamy village of Assisi. This place is truly a gem from the wine to the people. The wine tasting was fun and entertaining because the staff and options. Every time I come to Assisi I visit this place. Fantastic experience.

07/01/2025: If you want to taste real Umbrian cuisine, this restaurant is the right choice. The chef creates culinary works of art from simple products. All this in a homely atmosphere. I sincerely recommend it.
10/12/2024: Sublime food! I enjoyed everything, from the starter to the dessert. The Chef welcomed us and recommended the various dishes. The environment is small but very well kept. An experience definitely worth repeating
