A must-see in Assisi! Unique atmosphere and quality wines. Perfect and competent service, they were able to give us the best advice. A real gem.

It's really so delicious. I came on a honeymoon and had a day trip to Assisi, and the waiter was so kind and gave me simple Korean and English explanations, so it was really fun. The food was perfect!! Truffle steak!! Highly recommended

Beautiful location, you can taste excellent wines and excellent platters of local products of the highest quality. The friendliness and great professionalism of Nina (if I'm not mistaken that's her name) in describing what you will taste is an added value. Highly recommended!

I am about a 1.5 weeks late with this review and yet I still remember my afternoon here as though it was yesterday! Nilla and Claudio are fantastic people and I had the best afternoon at this shop. Tastings, a shortened class, cheese plates, etc etc. I was never rushed and they truly treated me like family—think your favorite cousin, visiting from some place far away, that you only see about once a year. I’ve told everyone about this little shop and I hope to return. If you are in Assisi (or nearby) make sure to add this shop to your itinerary. I arrived in Assisi in the midmorning to visit the basilica and walk around town (Rick Steves guided tour). I spent about two hours here eating, laughing, and having a great time. They even called a taxi for me which was cheaper than the taxi I took from my hotel in Perugia to Assisi. I spent about three weeks traveling around Italy and this visit is a highlight/favorite.

For me, the best place is the Enoteca in Assisi... Nila, a true wine expert, and her service is priceless. A beautiful menu... as well as an atmosphere that makes it feel like you're sipping wine with Saint Francis of Assisi. By the way, order the wine she herself produces in Assisi, the FRANCESCO.

This is great for serious wine drinkers. I've tasted wine all over the world, I watch videos from sommeliers, and read books about wine yet I still learned a few things from the owner Nila. I wasn't sure about the price per wine ratio before I went, wondering if I should just go to a supermarket and buy several bottles to try on my own. That would have been a big mistake! Nila chooses her wines wisely to teach you about the region and your palate. And the wine that she makes with a winemaker was astounding. I can see why 2 top Italian politicians have given it to leaders of other countries. Don't hesitate to book an evening here if you want to learn about good Umbrian wine.

To taste the true flavors of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by amazing WINES told by the very friendly owner, you can't miss coming to Nila, also for her professionalism and hospitality. NOT TO BE MISSED!!!! ABSOLUTELY TRY🥂🍷😋

Tappa obbligatoria,veniamo spesso ad Assisi perché ci piace la pace che si respira in questo luogo. Al di là dell' essere o meno credenti. Da Bibenda risolviamo sempre un pranzetto o aperitivo cena con affettati torta al testo,bruschette con olio superlativo. Vini altrettanto superlativi,una vera esperienza.

Conosciamo Nila ormai da 6 anni e da 6 anni quasi tutti gli anni veniamo qui per fare aperitivo lungo. Nila oltre che essere ormai una amica è anche una esperta Sommelier e vi saprà consigliare i più buoni vini di Assisi e della Regione Umbria. Merita veramente ❤️. A presto!
