Tappa obbligatoria,veniamo spesso ad Assisi perché ci piace la pace che si respira in questo luogo. Al di là dell' essere o meno credenti. Da Bibenda risolviamo sempre un pranzetto o aperitivo cena con affettati torta al testo,bruschette con olio superlativo. Vini altrettanto superlativi,una vera esperienza.

Conosciamo Nila ormai da 6 anni e da 6 anni quasi tutti gli anni veniamo qui per fare aperitivo lungo. Nila oltre che essere ormai una amica è anche una esperta Sommelier e vi saprà consigliare i più buoni vini di Assisi e della Regione Umbria. Merita veramente ❤️. A presto!

Wine tasting was a good experience overall—I recommend if you’re visiting Assisi! Very informative (especially for new wine drinkers) and lots of fun local snacks and wines to try! Nila was great! Don’t feel pressured to drink all the wine poured for each tasting :)

Amazing local wine, sommelir does great job of introducing us to wine and the way to enjoy it. Also provides delicious snacks for us to try while drinking.

Our wine tasting experience was AMAZING!!! Nila and Claudio are personable and funny, great at wine education, and an all-around good time. The wine was delicious, the charcuterie pairings were fresh and delightful, and the atmosphere provided an excellent space for bonding over new experiences and just having fun. Go to Bibenda Assisi! You won’t regret it!

04/05/2025: We had dinner at the Locanda Giustini restaurant, a place with modern and very well-kept furnishings. From the cured meat starter to the main courses with particular flavours, presented with extreme care, to the tiramisu everything was excellent. Compliments to the Chef. Very friendly welcome and impeccable service......a pleasant evening.

Tuber Experience

10/05/2025: We had lunch today. As an appetizer we took the truffle tartare cut with a knife. Light dressing, with top quality oil, and abundant truffle. Then first my husband had the truffle tagliolini and I the truffle gnocchi, both full of flavor and light. Then for dessert I had the cream ice cream with chopped hazelnuts and salt with truffles, a refinement. In general, pleasant atmosphere, the owner serves at the table and talks enthusiastically about his business. He has been in the industry for years and is a true expert on the subject. Fast service. Excellent cleanliness and decor. Very recommended.
04/05/2025: Fantastic from every point of view. More than a lunch it was a sensorial experience. We will definitely return. Thanks for everything and congratulations again.
