Posto carino in Centro. Cameriere bravo. Buon servizio. Pochi coperti. Menù degustazione pesce a 60 euro molto vario. Sui vini bianchi non molta scelta. Dolci di livello. Conto 85-90 a testa.

Cena piacevole e pesce di qualità. Servizio non all’altezza, il proprietario è abile a vendere i piatti che vuole e a indirizzare il cliente, anche sul vino. Camerieri talvolta pressanti e non abilissimi nel gestire il cliente. Da forestieri, qualità prezzo adeguato. Non saprei rispetto ai prezzi locali di una cena del genere.

I don't think words are enough. Gorgeous venue. Very kind and attentive staff. Open kitchen. Clean. Highly sought after raw materials treated to perfection, excellent recipes. If I return to Bari, I will go to eat at their place again. Highly recommended

The food was phenomenal. We had the 8 course sea food meal and it was a firework of flavours! The atmosphere was lovely. The staff were very friendly and kind. I definitely recommend!❤️

The Biancofiore restaurant in Bari offers good quality raw materials, with dishes that highlight the freshness of the ingredients used. However, there are some aspects that could be improved. First, the tables are too close together, which can make the environment a little crowded and less comfortable. We were also a little perplexed when, at first, the waiter told us that there was no seat available. However, once we spoke to the owner, a table was quickly found for us. This episode compromised our initial experience a bit, but fortunately the rest of the lunch was pleasant thanks to the quality of the food.

We ate at this restaurant during our night in Bari and it was amazing! The room is decorated beautifully and the service is very attentive. The food was delicious: every meal we took were well prepared, dessert was especially delicious! No doubt we will come back on our way back!

28/01/2025: This trattoria, located in the heart of the historic center, is certainly one of the most recommended for those looking for a culinary experience linked to tradition. However, the atmosphere can vary depending on the season and the room in which you are placed. During the winter, being placed in the secondary room may not guarantee an optimal experience. My advice is to specify, when booking, your preference for the more welcoming entrance room, or to opt for the summer period, when it is possible to dine in the large and pleasant outdoor garden. Moving on to the dishes, the kitchen offers traditional local dishes, carefully prepared and well executed, even if not particularly memorable. The quality-price ratio may not fully convince, leaving a slight feeling of dissatisfaction. A plus point is certainly the staff: kind, professional and always ready to meet customer requests. Ultimately, a recommended restaurant, but with some reservations, especially for those looking for an experience that goes beyond simple good food.
