Biancofiore In Bari

Excellent place to enjoy local seafood dishes. Tasting menu of 8 courses was very nice and fairly priced, but courses 2 & 3 and 7 & 8 were served together, which caused quite some confusion and disappointment given we were expecting 2 more courses to come. If we would have been told beforehand it wouldn’t have been an issue and we would have portioned our wine differently.

We've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. Diego is an excellent host, and he made us feel right at home. He's very professional and skilled at his... Chef Giacinto's dishes are sublime... the plate of very fresh raw fillets... the fresh octopus that melted in your mouth, and the scampi tartare with a unique pairing... We'll be back to try their first courses.

I could say the best restaurant in Bari close enough at a Michelin's one. Beautiful atmosphere,the owner is very kind,coming to each table and explaining with passion the plate and the art on it. Everything fresh, desserts on point, biological wines, good service by the Guys. Coming over and over again and every time you find out a new menu.✨️

What can I say? Personally, it's the best restaurant in town and definitely on my list of the best restaurants in Puglia. I could talk about several dishes on the menu, but I'll focus on two Apulian classics: Raw Seafood and Fillets This dish is generally found everywhere in Puglia, but at Biancofiore, the excellence of the ingredients is on another level. If your goal is to savor the taste of the sea with authentic, bold flavors, not the classic rubbery plastic, you've come to the right place. Mixed Pasta with Scorpion Fish Sauce Call it a reinterpretation of the classic scorpion fish tubettino, and it would be an insult; simply INCREDIBLE...one of my favorite dishes in the world. The wine list is second to none... Have a wonderful experience, everyone!!!

We greatly enjoyed our dinner at Biancofiore. We found the tasting menu to be delicious, creative and well executed. We appreciated the kitchen's ability to transform classic Puglian seafood dishes into something more modern and elevated. Maybe they missed the mark in a few places, but overall they gave us an outstanding meal that was creative & delicious. The wait staff was also down to earth, polite and friendly adding to the evening. We will remember dining here fondly and would certainly return if ever back in Bari. Likely a 4.5 star experience but going with 5 since some of these other reviews seem so pretentious and affected based on what we experienced.

The food was tasty, and the plating was really eye catching. The service was also really fast and great. The octopus with pickles is to die for, and you also need to try the biancofiore dessert. 🫶🏻

Visited with girlfriend and had a lovely dinner :) We ordered a few dishes including lasagna appetizer and “catch of the day”. All dishes fresh and cooked/ presented beautifully. “Cappuccino” dessert was delicious. Overall, would recommend. We only tried a few dishes but the table next to us tried the dinner tasting… we were jealous looking at all the interesting dishes delivered to them. Indoor atmosphere was pretty, though we would have preferred outdoor option.
