We had booked through Forks for 8:30 pm.
We were surprised to be called by the restaurant and told they'd told us to arrive at 7 pm 😱 something we hadn't noticed.
In short, they pressured us to arrive as quickly as possible.
We ordered two eight-course seafood menus. Overall, the menu was good, except for the dessert trio, which was too sweet.
But we were served much too quickly. We'd barely finished our plate when the next one arrived.
Luckily, the person who served us was very pleasant and her service was impeccable 👌
We left at 8:45 pm; the restaurant was almost empty. Maybe they wanted to finish earlier?
In any case, bad experience with The Fork who sent us an email to tell us that we had not honored our 8 p.m. reservation for one person (even though there were 2 of us)🤔

Very well-kept location, with very welcoming staff together with the owner who gave us the best advice. We chose the à la carte menu because we were interested in some dishes in particular. We started with the very fresh carpaccio with balanced flavors and then continued with a dish of sea urchins, even if not local they were very good and full, we chose as a first course an asparagus risotto and amberjack tartare with a "fabulous" black garlic reduction and as a second course a tuna taraki which also particularly surprised us, to finish tasting very particular cheeses given that they were goat's cheeses, to finish with a cappuccino (reinterpretation of the broken down tiramisu) I would go back just for the dessert... see you soon biancofiore...

What can I say? If I could give 10 stars I would have given them.
Excellent raw materials, wonderful presentation of the dishes, amazing wine list and impeccable service.
If you are in Bari don't miss this exceptional restaurant.
I congratulate the owner a lot, a special, welcoming and professional person. From the way he welcomes his guests you can perceive the passion and love he has for his place and his work.

Posto carino in Centro. Cameriere bravo. Buon servizio. Pochi coperti. Menù degustazione pesce a 60 euro molto vario. Sui vini bianchi non molta scelta. Dolci di livello. Conto 85-90 a testa.
