**Exceptional seafood experience in Bari!** We had an outstanding lunch at Biancofiore today. The raw seafood starter was absolutely divine incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality in every bite. Our waitress was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the entire dining experience. Biancofiore was unforgettable. The English-speaking staff were warm, attentive, and made everything effortless. We did the seafood chef’s tasting—absolutely spectacular. Each dish was creative, beautifully executed, and featured ingredients in ways we’d never experienced before. The space itself is cozy and charming, the kind of place you instantly want to linger. Honestly? We’d go back every night if we could.

We had lunch at this truly elegant restaurant. The welcome was exceptional, the owner was kind and helpful, and the staff was very attentive to their guests' needs. Excellent food, beautifully presented, and a superb selection of wines and champagnes. The central location makes it easy to stroll through Bari's main streets and the historic center, adjacent to the waterfront. You can dine for two or in larger groups. I'm truly delighted!

Biancofiore had been on my must-eat list since day one - and I finally made it on day five 😇. Every time before that, it was either full or closed when I passed by. We started with the Gran piatto di sfilettati: different raw fish carpaccios, divided in two - beautifully fresh and delicate. For mains, my husband chose the rigatoni with datterini, guanciale, pecorino, and monkfish, while I had the seared calamari with fava beans, cicoriella, and peperone crusco. Everything was incredibly fresh and tasty - one of those meals where you just keep saying mmm. For dessert, we shared the Cappuccino Biancofiore, which was surprisingly delicious, especially considering it’s gluten- and lactose-free 😅 - proof that “free from” doesn’t have to mean “flavor free.” A place well worth the wait, and absolutely deserving of its reputation.

The seafood was fresh. We ordered a six-item seafood platter to share between two people. Perhaps because the portion was larger, they only gave us three types of seafood, but they were very fresh, especially the shrimp, which was delicious for cooking. We had the slow-cooked lamb and the braised octopus. The lamb was very tender, but the sauce was a bit sweet. The octopus was delicious; it was braised long enough to be very flavorful. For dessert, we ordered the caramel three-way combination and the vanilla and butter biscuit crumb combination. Both desserts were very good, with rich textures and distinct layers of flavor.

In a refined location on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, near Corso Cavour in Bari, lies the elegant Biancofiore restaurant. I tried an eight-course seafood tasting, accompanied by a glass of Pinot Grigio. To begin, a selection of appetizers, including roasted octopus with cardoncelli mushrooms on a bed of pumpkin cream. Next, seafood ravioli in melted butter, on a hidden bed of tomato cream. A surprise. Then, excellent seared tuna with caramelized onion and refined sauces. To unwind, a sensational mojito sorbet. Finally, a tasting of desserts, including a tiramisu revisited with sambuca. A culinary experience worth repeating.

Restaurant located on Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Bari. A magnificent location, everything is meticulously designed and meticulously crafted, from the seating to the table setting. Magnificent dishes, cooked to perfection, use the highest-quality ingredients and the freshest produce, beautifully enhanced in flavor and preparation. Kudos to the owner and his staff. They make you feel pampered and important. You can sense their professionalism, friendliness, and availability for every need. We'll be back very, very soon.
